You know what struck me first about this place? It’s literally sitting on Avenida de la Constitución – I mean, you’re basically living on Seville’s main artery. When I walked up to the building, I could see the cathedral’s Giralda tower looming right there, and honestly, the location alone made me do a double-take. This isn’t some generic hotel room; it’s actually a penthouse apartment that feels like someone’s really stylish friend let you crash at their place.

The thing about staying right in the heart of the old town is that everything’s walkable, but you’re also dealing with the energy of central Seville. During the day, there’s this constant hum of tourists and locals mixing together on the street below, which I actually found kind of charming – you feel plugged into the city’s rhythm. The apartment itself is surprisingly quiet though, probably because you’re up high enough to escape most of the street noise. I spent a good chunk of one evening just hanging out on the terrace (yeah, there’s a terrace) watching people navigate the narrow streets below while the cathedral bells chimed in the background.

What really impressed me was how thoughtfully everything was set up. The kitchen actually works – I mean, you can cook real meals here, not just heat up instant coffee. The living spaces feel generous without being cavernous, and there’s this attention to detail that suggests someone who actually lives in Seville designed this place, not some corporate hotel chain. You’re maybe a three-minute walk from Plaza del Salvador, where locals grab morning coffee, and about the same distance to those tiny tapas bars tucked into the side streets that tourists usually miss. Parking’s going to be a headache if you’re driving – this is medieval Seville we’re talking about – but honestly, once you’re here, you won’t need a car anyway. The whole experience feels less like checking into a hotel and more like temporarily becoming a Sevillano, which is probably why it’s pulling those 9.5 ratings. It’s the kind of place where you start planning your next trip back before you’ve even checked out.

  What can someone say. An absolute 10 out of 10.
  Supreme location in the center, on the 8th floor of a really well preserved building. Amazing views and very bright. Spacious and full of details that make it ideal for a family or group of 3-4 people. I seriously believe that the pictures do not really represent the quality and feel of the flat. Highly recommend, do not look any further.

  Location is great and the apartment is beautiful and convenient with tons of natural light. It is also very spacious.
  
  What could be improved: You hear the street (not very loud, but may be relevant for people who are easily bothered by noise). Noise and light isolation between the bed and living spaces is also limited in the 1-bedroom setting.
