You know what hit me first about Experiencia en Triana? The name actually makes sense once you’re there – this really is the full Triana experience packed into one beautifully restored building on Calle Callao. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of this legendary neighborhood where flamenco was born, and honestly, you can feel it the moment you step outside.

The hotel itself is one of those places that gets the balance right between modern comfort and authentic Sevillian character. The rooms are thoughtfully designed – not huge, but cleverly laid out with these gorgeous tile details that remind you you’re in Andalusia without being touristy about it. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being on a fairly active street. The windows are excellent, which matters because Triana can get lively (in the best way) especially when the locals are out for their evening paseo. The staff clearly knows their stuff too – they’ll point you toward the ceramic workshops just a few streets over, or tell you which tapas bars the locals actually frequent versus the obvious tourist spots.

Location-wise, this is where things get really good. You’re a three-minute walk from the Isabel II bridge, so getting into the city center is nothing, but honestly? You might not want to leave Triana that often. There’s this incredible covered market – Mercado de Triana – practically around the corner where you can grab amazing jamón and cheese for impromptu picnics by the Guadalquivir. And the ceramics district is right there if you’re into that sort of thing (the workshops on Calle Antillano Campos are particularly worth checking out). What really sold me though was discovering that some of the city’s best flamenco happens in tiny venues you can walk to from the hotel – places like Casa Anselma where tourists rarely venture but the real magic happens after midnight. The hotel concierge actually knows which nights are worth going, which is the kind of local intel you can’t get from guidebooks. Parking can be tricky in this area, but there’s a decent garage about two blocks away, and honestly, once you’re settled in, you’ll probably want to explore on foot anyway.

  Nice spacious apartment, with indoor swimmingpool and pretty much everything you need. Even a good public parkinggarage closeby.
  
  What could be improved: Beds were a bit too hard for us, but that's just a personal preference.
  The recycling bin for glass in front of the door was however a nuissance when someone used it early in the morning.

  La ubicación y el propio apartamento, espectacular, muy limpio, con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión pendiente de todo en todo momento. Ubicado en el centro de Triana. La piscina impresionante, más grande de lo que parece en las fotos.

  L'emplacement est parfait. Le logement est très spacieux, très bien équipé et la piscine est très sympa. L'accueil par Donald est très agréable, plein d'humour et de très bons conseils. On mange très bien aussi dans son resto juste à côté.

  Emplacement idéal, tout se fait à pied.
  Accueil au top, merci à Donald et Antonio!
  La piscine est un vrai plus, surtout après une journée de balade.
  L'appartement et les lits sont très confortables.
  N'hésitez pas également à tester leur resto juste à côté, vraiment excellent (mieux vaut réserver le week-end 😉 ).
