Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of places in Seville, but this loft on Calle Fabié really caught me off guard – and I mean that in the best way possible. You know how sometimes you book a place based on photos and pray it’s not a complete disaster? Well, this is actually better than the pictures suggest. The building itself has this gorgeous traditional Andalusian feel, but once you step inside, it’s like someone took a design magazine and made it livable. The space feels genuinely modern without being sterile, if that makes sense.

What I love about staying here is that you’re right in the heart of Triana, which honestly feels more authentic than the tourist-packed areas across the river. I mean, you can walk to the cathedral and all that stuff in about fifteen minutes, but you’re also surrounded by actual neighborhood life. There’s this fantastic ceramics workshop just down the street – you’ll hear the potter working in the mornings, which sounds way more romantic than it probably is, but it adds to the whole vibe. The tapas bars around here are where locals actually eat, not the places charging €8 for three olives. El Rinconcillo isn’t far, and neither are those incredible seafood spots along the river where you can grab the best pescaíto frito without fighting crowds of tour groups.

The loft itself is spacious in a way that feels luxurious for European city standards – you can actually open a suitcase without rearranging all the furniture. The kitchen is properly equipped too, which matters if you want to grab fresh ingredients from the Mercado de Triana (seriously, go there for breakfast and thank me later). Parking can be a bit tricky in this neighborhood, but honestly, that’s Seville for you, and you probably won’t need a car anyway. The metro stop is close enough, though walking everywhere is part of the charm. One thing worth mentioning – the area gets lively in the evenings, especially on weekends, but it’s the good kind of lively, not drunk-tourist-screaming lively. You’ll hear flamenco drifting from bars and locals chatting on their balconies, which is exactly what you want from a Seville experience. The whole place just feels right, you know? Like you’re staying somewhere that understands what travelers actually want versus what hotels think they want.

  Excellent appartement, with enough space, comfy bed, kitchen with all the things you need, great shower. Superfriendly staff! Location in Triana close to the bridge is very nice.

  Great location. Easy walk to historic sites. Apartment was very clean and updated. A/C worked great. The building itself was quiet, clean and has an elevator.
  
  What could be improved: Nowhere in shower to place shampoo, soap etc other than the shower floor. Would have been nice to have a couple of coffee pods, sugar etc /paper towels for the first couple of days. Those details would not keep me from returning. I would stay there again.
