Honestly, when I first walked up to this place on Calle Cuna, I wasn’t expecting much from the street view – but man, was I wrong. The Fantastico Apartamento Plaza del Salvador sits right in the heart of Seville’s old town, and I mean *right* in it. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the Cathedral (you can actually hear the bells if you leave your windows open, which is either charming or annoying depending on how late you stayed out in Triana the night before).

What really gets me about this spot is how it manages to feel like a proper apartment rather than just another hotel room. The space actually breathes – none of that cramped European hotel nonsense where you’re bumping into furniture every time you turn around. The kitchen setup is legit too, which honestly saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in central Seville will drain your wallet faster than you’d think. Plus, having that fridge means you can grab jamón and cheese from the little market on Calle Sierpes and actually enjoy it properly. The whole place has this lived-in quality that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like you’re crashing at a friend’s place who happens to have excellent taste.

Location-wise, you’re going to love this – Plaza del Salvador is right there, and most tourists rush past it heading to the big cathedral, but locals know it’s actually one of the better spots for evening drinks. The placement means you can stumble home easily (important), but you’re also far enough from the main tourist drag that you won’t be dealing with those awful guided tour groups clomping around at 8 AM. I will say, if you’re driving, forget about it – parking in this part of town is basically impossible and the streets are maze-like anyway. But honestly, that’s true for anywhere decent in old town Seville. The Metrocentro tram stops pretty close by if you need to haul luggage, and from there you can walk to basically everything worth seeing. I spent most mornings just wandering through the Santa Cruz neighborhood, which starts basically at your doorstep, then coming back for a proper siesta when the afternoon heat got brutal – because trust me, if you’re visiting in summer, you’ll want that air conditioning and somewhere comfortable to collapse for a few hours.

  Posizione ottima in una quartiere molto vivace con affaccio su una delle piazze più carine di Siviglia.
  Appartamento nuovo con ascensore dedicato che arriva direttamente nell'appartamento. Tutto confortevole e come da descrizione. Proprietario sempre disponibile e chiaro nelle indicazioni per il self check-in e checkout.

  Está situado en pleno centro de la ciudad, con balcones a la plaza del Salvador y calle Cuna. Muy funcional y todo nuevo y en perfecto estado y la cocina muy bien equipada. Nos gustó el detalle de que el ascensor privado llegase dentro de la vivienda.
  Tuvimos la suerte de poder disfrutar de su Semana Santa, y la Soledad de San Lorenzo entró en Cuna a nuestra altura, fue increíble.
  Dada su situación nos pudimos mover andando a todos sitios.
  Hemos estado en Sevilla muchísimas veces, y la conocemos bien, y este ha sido el mejor alojamiento que hemos tenido en líneas generales.
  100×100 recomendable.
  Los responsables atendieron con prontitud y amabilidad cualquier sugerencia.

  Enclave, cuenta con todo lo necesario, comodidad de camas y ducha, limpieza, estado del inmueble, aislamiento de ventanas, amabilidad y cercanía del anfitrión: nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del horario de checking. Solucionó problema con puerta del portal al día siguiente de nuestro aviso. Genial.
  
  What could be improved: Baño muy pequeño y lavabo casi inexistente. No había una pequeña repisa donde dejar lo mínimo indispensable en un aseo. Faltaban cápsulas para la cafetera. Olor insoportable en la entrada al edificio. Nada importante para una estancia cómoda y tranquila.
