Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and honestly? The Feelathome Rivero Apartments surprised me in the best way possible. You know how sometimes apartment rentals can feel a bit sterile or like you’re staying in someone’s hastily cleared storage space? This isn’t that at all. The moment I walked up Calle Rivero – which, by the way, is this narrow cobblestone street that feels like it hasn’t changed in about 300 years – I could tell these folks actually put thought into what travelers need. The building itself has that gorgeous Andalusian charm with the wrought iron balconies, but inside it’s been updated with all the stuff that actually matters, like reliable wifi and air conditioning that works (trust me, you’ll want that in August).

What really got me was the location, though I mean, everyone says that about Old Town properties. But here’s the thing – you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Cathedral, which sounds touristy until you realize you can slip out early morning before the crowds hit and have those Instagram shots all to yourself. The neighborhood around Rivero is properly local too, not just tourist central. There’s this tiny bar called El Rinconcillo just around the corner that’s supposedly the oldest tavern in Seville, and honestly, watching the old guys play dominoes there at sunset became my daily ritual. The apartment windows face inward to a courtyard, so you don’t get the street noise – something I didn’t appreciate until I heard my friends complaining about scooters and late-night revelers keeping them up at their place near Plaza de Armas.

The apartments themselves feel like someone’s stylish aunt decorated them, if that makes sense. Not trying too hard to be trendy, just comfortable and thoughtful. The kitchens are actually functional (shocking, I know), and they stock them with basics like olive oil and coffee, which saved my life more than once when I stumbled in late from the tapas bars along Calle Mateos Gago. Check-in was smooth – they meet you at the building, show you around properly, and actually give you neighborhood recommendations that aren’t just the obvious tourist spots. The whole setup just works, you know? It’s got that 9.1 rating for a reason, and after staying there twice now, I get it. You’re not just getting a bed in the Old Town, you’re getting this perfect little base that makes you feel like you actually live in Seville for a few days, rather than just passing through with a suitcase.

  Location was exceptional. Communication with the hosts was via what's app and answered almost immediately. Airco was perfect, pool nice size ( penthouse private pool) and a huge terrace with lounges, sit areas and and stools. Teabags, coffee pod, oil and sugar, salt, dishwasher tabs provided. Good showers, small shop with everything on the corner. Storage lockers for arrival. €1 and you get it back
  
  What could be improved: No negatives but just some suggestions Drying rack for the apartment, ice cube tray for the fridge, extra glasses for wine or smaller glasses for juice. My mother was unable to hold the mugs and glasses as they are big and quite heavy. Extra hooks in the bathrooms. maybe some decoration on the terrace? and a parasol for by the pool area

  Everything was excellent. The apartment was large and clean, coffee pods were provided. The washing machine was very helpful, especially with four children, and we really enjoyed the pool. The location was simply perfect. Thank you for everything.

  Fantastic location, modern clean apartment, lovely private pool & terrace. Despite being at the heart of things there was no noise in the evening. Check in caused a slight problem as the link I was sent did not work, however after messaging the property it was sorted very quickly by Francisco via What's App,. Accessing the property was also very easy via What's App. Always a member of staff on hand in reception too. I booked it as a 70th birthday treat for my brother and it certainly was. If you are looking for an apartment in the centre of Seville I can certainly recommend Rivero😊

  The property was located within about a 10/15 minute walk to the major attractions of the city.
  The apartment had everything you needed for a self catering holiday as well as the added bonus of a terrace with pool to unwind in after a day sightseeing
  Very clean and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The only way to get in to the apartments was via codes sent to your phone.
  WhatsApp was down when we arrived and all information came via email. We arrived at the specified time for check in but we hadn’t received any codes.
  Luckily, there was a member of staff in the building who let us in and explained that we would receive the entry codes, once the apartment was clean – the room wasn’t ready.
  It would have been helpful if this information had been communicated to us.
