Feelathome San Lorenzo Apartments Overview
You know what struck me first about Feelathome San Lorenzo? The name actually makes sense – these apartments really do feel like you’re staying at a friend’s place, just a friend who happens to live in one of Seville’s most charming neighborhoods. I mean, you’re literally on Calle Cardenal Spínola, which sounds fancy but is actually this lovely residential street where you’ll hear actual Spanish conversations drifting from balconies instead of just tourist chatter.
The location is honestly perfect if you want to experience Seville like a local. You’re close enough to the Cathedral that you can walk there in about ten minutes (I timed it), but far enough away that you won’t be dealing with the crowds of tour groups every time you step outside. There’s this great little tapas bar called El Rinconcillo just around the corner – locals swear it’s the oldest in Seville, and honestly, the tile work inside makes you believe it. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, which you don’t always get in European city centers. The kitchens are actually functional too, not just those tiny hotel kitchenettes that can barely handle making coffee. I appreciated being able to grab fresh ingredients from the market on Calle Feria (Thursday mornings are best, less crowded) and actually cook something decent.
What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail – and I don’t mean the generic “luxury amenities” stuff. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the whole apartment, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and the beds are firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you slept on a marshmallow. The building itself has that classic Andalusian charm with the internal courtyard, but they’ve modernized it thoughtfully. You’re not dealing with ancient plumbing or electrical systems that cut out when you use the hairdryer. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of the old town – there’s a public garage about three blocks away on Calle Adriano, but honestly, you’re better off just walking everywhere once you’re settled in. The whole historic center is basically your backyard, and the tram stop at Plaza Nueva is close enough that you can easily get to the modern parts of the city when you need to. I stayed here during April, which is perfect weather but also when Seville gets pretty busy with Easter processions – the apartment was a great retreat from all the activity, quiet enough to actually relax but close enough that you could hear the distant drums and music when the processions passed nearby.

Centrally located with a range of good restaurants nearby, good facilities in apartment, clean and roof top pool (although small) is a bonus.
What could be improved: NothingCaitlin from United Kingdom – 14 June 2025 (8/10)
Really central, and within walking distance of major attractions. Very clean and well kept property. We also had some difficulty with the code to get into our room on one evening, so I contacted the management company and they were really helpful and responsive!
What could be improved: The room we stayed in was at the front of the building, so we could really hear people coming in and out of the building. Our bedroom window also looked into the main foyer, so we had to keep the curtains closed.Sally from United Kingdom – 12 June 2025 (9/10)
We loved the apartment. It is central to everything, really modern and nicely decorated. Lots of supermarkets near by. Nice shower and really comfortable bed. Nice size dining and living area with a comfortable sofa. It was lovely and quiet, which meant good quality sleep.
What could be improved: The kitchen was really small, nowhere to put the kettle, toaster or coffee machine. It would be really difficult to chop vegatables and prepare food for cooking. This wasn't too much of a problem as we only had breakfast there! The towels were quite thin, and there were no spare ones, which wasn't ideal for a 4 night stay, as they didn't dry so well in the bathroom. The pool area had not been cleaned, there was lots of rubbish around, dirty towels left there, and insects in the pool.Clara from Austria – 12 June 2025 (9/10)
Location, layout, pool on rooftop
Dino from Ireland – 4 June 2025 (9/10)
There a few places nearby to eat but you are about 20 easy walk to the cathedral & main tourist attractions. It didn’t worry us as we enjoyed the stroll around. The pool is small but perfect for a dip to cool off.
What could be improved: Limited shower gel was about the only thing. And hot water was a bit limited in the shower but I survived. The air-con was super.Jessica from United Kingdom – 4 June 2025 (9/10)
Everything was super clean, location was excellent and right in the heart of Seville with shops and restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent and very clear and simple instructions given for check in via WhatsApp. Little pool was a god send in the heat and we were so pleased we had it! Apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
What could be improved: Nothing. We could have just done with a few more towels and water on arrival but already fed this back.Annette from Australia – 27 May 2025 (10/10)
Fantastic location.
Great apartment amenities.
Parking close by.
Helpful hosts.Carolyn from New Zealand – 20 May 2025 (10/10)
Very clean. Great neighborhood. Let us check in early and also had great free bag storage lockers when we checked out. Friendly and helpful and very comfortable bed
Alicia from Netherlands – 18 May 2025 (9/10)
Very beautiful and good location
What could be improved: Wish we had more shower towels and separate towels for the pool. But overall amazingJon from Australia – 12 May 2025 (8/10)
Good location, in the old town. Plenty of cafes nearby and some good restaurants. Nice apartment with all the facilities.
What could be improved: It was expensive due to the Flamenco festival. Also driving there Google maps kept taking us to the street at the back. There seemed to be no access directly to the unit as the street out the front is difficult to get to. It would have been good to know that beforehand. We parked the car in the car park and walked our bags to the apartment
