You know what hit me first about the Feijóo Suite Apartment? The location is absolutely ridiculous – and I mean that in the best way possible. You’re literally on Calle Feijóo, which honestly most tourists walk right past without realizing they’re missing one of the quieter gems in Seville’s old town. I mean, you’re still in the thick of everything historic, but you’re not dealing with the chaos of some of the main drags where you can barely sleep because of late-night tapas crawlers.

The building itself has that authentic Sevillian character you actually want – none of that over-renovated stuff that strips away all the charm. The suite feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel room, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re trying to settle in for more than just a night or two. The space is generous (Spanish generous, not American generous, but still good), and there’s actually room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. What really got me was the attention to details that matter – proper lighting for reading, outlets where you need them, and a kitchen setup that’s actually functional if you want to grab some jamón and cheese from the Mercado de la Encarnación and have a quiet breakfast. The bathroom situation is solid too, with decent water pressure, which… well, if you’ve traveled around southern Spain, you know that’s not always a given.

Here’s the thing about this part of the old town – you’re about a seven-minute walk to the Cathedral (I timed it), but you’re also close enough to some of the smaller plazas where locals actually hang out. Plaza del Salvador is right there, and that’s where you want to be for evening drinks anyway, not in the tourist traps closer to the big monuments. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after midnight, which was perfect for us, but if you’re looking to stumble home from late-night flamenco shows, you might have a slightly longer walk. Parking is… well, it’s the old town, so forget about it. But honestly, once you’re settled here, you won’t need a car anyway. The whole historic center is walkable, and if you need to get to Triana or further out, the metro and bus connections are actually pretty decent from this area. The 8.7 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be a luxury palace, but it delivers exactly what it promises with some genuine local flavor thrown in. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to spend more time actually experiencing Seville rather than just checking off the major sights.

  Turned out that we were staying just around the corner from the Metropol Parasol (Mushroom Structure). Walkable to everywhere. Apartment was clean and very comfortable.

  Clean and comfortable property with all mod cons. Linen and towels were fabulous. Good washing machine. Well appointed kitchen. Some cooking items in cupboard.

  A person came personally to give me the key and explained the equipment of the apartment. The location is pretty much in the central. Living room, kitchen and bed room are separated.
  
  What could be improved: A trash bin in rooms and a tissue box would be nice. It was difficult to call a taxi because the street is too narrow for cars.

  The space was centrally located to make walking around very easy. The apartment was clean and had plenty of great amenities – perfect for a couple traveling to stay for a few days. The hosts were so communicative and offered great recommendations for what to see/do in the city.
