Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Feria Apartments” I wasn’t expecting much. The name sounds sort of generic, you know? But this place completely caught me off guard in the best way possible. It’s tucked right into the heart of Seville’s old town, and I mean actually in the thick of things, not just claiming to be nearby like so many places do. You’re literally walking distance from the Cathedral and those impossibly narrow streets that make you feel like you’ve stepped back about 500 years.

What really gets me about these apartments is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between feeling authentically Sevillan and actually being comfortable for modern travelers. The building itself has that gorgeous Andalusian character – you know, the kind with thick walls that keep things cool even when it’s blazing outside (and trust me, it gets blazing). But here’s what I really appreciated: they’ve clearly thought about the details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The kitchens aren’t just for show – I actually cooked in mine and didn’t want to cry about the lack of counter space or decent knives. The Wi-Fi works everywhere, not just in that one magical corner near the router. And honestly, the beds are just really good – like, better than my bed at home good, which is saying something.

The location thing though… I mean, you’re right there on Feria street, which puts you in this perfect position where you can walk to all the major sights but you’re not dealing with the absolute chaos of being right next to the Cathedral. You’ll hear some street noise during the day – it’s a living neighborhood, not a museum – but it quiets down nicely at night. Plus, and this is something I only figured out after wandering around for a day, you’re super close to some of the better local bars that don’t show up in guidebooks. There’s this tiny place about two blocks away that does the most incredible montaditos, and I probably never would have found it if I’d stayed in the tourist zone. The whole area just feels real, if that makes sense – like people actually live here and go about their normal lives, which makes your stay feel less like you’re visiting a theme park version of Spain.

  Great property, Facilities as advertised, clear and easy instructions to enter the property. Apartment was clean and had everything we required for our stay. Property was in a great location easy walking to all the sights.

  The property is about 20-25 mins walk from the old town centre. In a residential area which is nice as it means it is quiet during the night.
  My family and I found the apartment very comfortable during our stay. It was clean and tidy. It has all the essential facilities a family would need, like WIFI, TV and aircon.
  The area around the property felt safe to walk around during the night and locals are friendly.
  There is also a cafe just next door, which is handy for breakfast. Their Chorizo and egg sandwich is delicious.
  The owner Pablo is very friendly and accommodating. He is extremely helpful and responds to any questions or issues promptly. He also gave us many recommendations on places to visit. Some of the restaurant recommendations were fantastic. Though we could not visit them all during our short stay in Seville.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue we had was that there is only the one set of keys and it cannot be left in the key safe once you have retrieved the keys from it for the duration of our stay. This meant If we decided to split up to do different things, we had to meet up to go back to the apartment together.
  Maybe two sets of keys would be handy.

  I highly recommend! Extremely caring host, the apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and in a very good location! It had everything we needed. Very comfortable bedroom bed with orthopedic pillows! The host shared directions that really helped us save time, see a lot and taste various dishes in good places! I have no regrets about good words and will definitely recommend it to my friends 🙂

  The apartment is easy to reach from the airport. It is spacious, fully equipped, clean and close to the city center, so you can visit everything without having to use public transport. Very good contact with the host, he gave us very helpful information. We had a wonderful time and will remember our vacation for a long time .

  Nice apartment with two bedrooms and full stack of amenities. Good kitchen. Conditioning works fine. Everything is clean and in working order. Located on Feria street at the north of the city center. Market is not far. Coffee and bread shop near building. Grocery store across the street. 10 minute walk south gets you to Las Setas and all restaurants. Bus stop is 2 minute walk north and gets you to The Plaza de España. Keys were in keybox at the entrance.
  
  What could be improved: We used underground parking 10 minute walk away. Parking in Seville center is horribly expensive if you have a longer stay. Try to leave car somewhere far and use bus. Closing keybox properly is a bit tricky.

  Fabulous location and a fabulous host. Pablo was very helpful and accommodating. He gave us lovely recommendations and even found us a place to store our luggage. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. There was cold water in the fridge when we arrived. Delicious coffee. All in all, a great experience.

  Everything!!! So stylish apartment! Our host was very friendly and supportive. We had water, coffee capsules and tee as compliment. We left our luggage earlier than the check in time.

  We had a great stay in this apartment, very clean and provided with all the comforts and facilities.
  We travelled with our two kids and everything was ready to welcome us in the best way. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the famous market of Macarena and from the Alameda. If you want to get to the historical part of the town (Cathedral) it is about 20 minutes walk.
  The area is very safe and the apartment is quiet. The plus bonus would be the attention and kindness of Pablo, the host, who went the extra mile to ensure we had the best stay. We will definitely come back and we wish to recommend this place to anyone.

  We liked everything! Stunning bright apartment, very comfortable beds, big rooms, big wardrobes, lovely kitchen and generally equipped with everything you need including washing machine, dryer and iron! Things that we appreciated after a while traveling around. Good location, loads of restaurants and bars around, also walk distance from the center. Pablo was really nice and helpful!We'd love to go back!
