The building sits right on Calle Feria — honestly, you can’t get more central than this without camping in the cathedral. I mean, this street has been the heartbeat of local life for centuries, and you feel that energy the moment you step outside. The entrance might not scream “hotel” in the traditional sense, but that’s actually part of its charm — it feels more like you’re staying at a well-connected friend’s place than some sterile accommodation.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s what I love about staying on Feria — you’re literally in the thick of authentic Seville life. The famous Thursday market happens right outside your door (well, technically it stretches along the entire street), and locals still do their daily shopping at the small grocers and bakeries nearby. You can walk to the Metropol Parasol in about five minutes, hit the cathedral in ten, and reach the buzzing Alameda de Hércules — where all the best bars are — in maybe three minutes if you walk fast. Couples seem to get this location thing right away, which makes sense because wandering these narrow streets hand-in-hand feels pretty magical, especially in the evenings when the tourist crowds thin out.

What you get at Feria Apartments is exactly what it sounds like — actual apartments, not hotel rooms with tiny bathrooms and nowhere to put your stuff. Each unit feels like someone’s real home, complete with proper kitchens where you can actually cook (not just heat up instant noodles) and living areas where you can spread out after long days of sightseeing. The furnishings strike that sweet spot between modern comfort and local character — you know, the kind of place where everything works properly but still feels authentically Spanish. Having a washing machine was honestly a game-changer during my stay, especially since Seville can get pretty warm and you end up changing clothes more than usual.

Daily Life & Practical Details

The beauty of staying here is how quickly you slip into a local rhythm. There’s a fantastic little café literally next door where locals grab their morning coffee — and I mean the kind of place where the barista remembers your order after two days. The nearest supermarket is maybe a two-minute walk, which becomes important when you realize how nice it is to grab fresh ingredients for breakfast or a quick lunch. You’re also perfectly positioned for Seville’s legendary tapas crawls — the Santa Catalina neighborhood is right there, packed with bars that locals actually frequent rather than just tourist traps.

That 9.6 rating honestly doesn’t surprise me at all. People come expecting a decent place to sleep in a good location, but what they get is this perfect blend of independence and immersion in real Seville life. You have your own space to retreat to, but you’re also living among locals in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. The location score of 9.2 tells the whole story — once you experience how easy it is to walk everywhere while feeling like you’re staying in an actual neighborhood rather than a tourist bubble, other accommodations start to feel either too isolated or too generic.

  Great property, Facilities as advertised, clear and easy instructions to enter the property. Apartment was clean and had everything we required for our stay. Property was in a great location easy walking to all the sights.

  The property is about 20-25 mins walk from the old town centre. In a residential area which is nice as it means it is quiet during the night.
  My family and I found the apartment very comfortable during our stay. It was clean and tidy. It has all the essential facilities a family would need, like WIFI, TV and aircon.
  The area around the property felt safe to walk around during the night and locals are friendly.
  There is also a cafe just next door, which is handy for breakfast. Their Chorizo and egg sandwich is delicious.
  The owner Pablo is very friendly and accommodating. He is extremely helpful and responds to any questions or issues promptly. He also gave us many recommendations on places to visit. Some of the restaurant recommendations were fantastic. Though we could not visit them all during our short stay in Seville.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue we had was that there is only the one set of keys and it cannot be left in the key safe once you have retrieved the keys from it for the duration of our stay. This meant If we decided to split up to do different things, we had to meet up to go back to the apartment together.
  Maybe two sets of keys would be handy.

  I highly recommend! Extremely caring host, the apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and in a very good location! It had everything we needed. Very comfortable bedroom bed with orthopedic pillows! The host shared directions that really helped us save time, see a lot and taste various dishes in good places! I have no regrets about good words and will definitely recommend it to my friends 🙂

  The apartment is easy to reach from the airport. It is spacious, fully equipped, clean and close to the city center, so you can visit everything without having to use public transport. Very good contact with the host, he gave us very helpful information. We had a wonderful time and will remember our vacation for a long time .

  Nice apartment with two bedrooms and full stack of amenities. Good kitchen. Conditioning works fine. Everything is clean and in working order. Located on Feria street at the north of the city center. Market is not far. Coffee and bread shop near building. Grocery store across the street. 10 minute walk south gets you to Las Setas and all restaurants. Bus stop is 2 minute walk north and gets you to The Plaza de España. Keys were in keybox at the entrance.
  
  What could be improved: We used underground parking 10 minute walk away. Parking in Seville center is horribly expensive if you have a longer stay. Try to leave car somewhere far and use bus. Closing keybox properly is a bit tricky.

  Fabulous location and a fabulous host. Pablo was very helpful and accommodating. He gave us lovely recommendations and even found us a place to store our luggage. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. There was cold water in the fridge when we arrived. Delicious coffee. All in all, a great experience.

  Everything!!! So stylish apartment! Our host was very friendly and supportive. We had water, coffee capsules and tee as compliment. We left our luggage earlier than the check in time.

  We had a great stay in this apartment, very clean and provided with all the comforts and facilities.
  We travelled with our two kids and everything was ready to welcome us in the best way. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the famous market of Macarena and from the Alameda. If you want to get to the historical part of the town (Cathedral) it is about 20 minutes walk.
  The area is very safe and the apartment is quiet. The plus bonus would be the attention and kindness of Pablo, the host, who went the extra mile to ensure we had the best stay. We will definitely come back and we wish to recommend this place to anyone.

  We liked everything! Stunning bright apartment, very comfortable beds, big rooms, big wardrobes, lovely kitchen and generally equipped with everything you need including washing machine, dryer and iron! Things that we appreciated after a while traveling around. Good location, loads of restaurants and bars around, also walk distance from the center. Pablo was really nice and helpful!We'd love to go back!
