You know what struck me first about GoToSeville ALTAIR SUITES? The location is absolutely perfect if you want to feel like you’re actually living in Seville rather than just visiting it. Calle Enladrillada sits right in the heart of the old town, and I mean the real old town – not some touristy version of it. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the Cathedral (honestly, you can hear the bells from some rooms), but the street itself feels refreshingly local. There’s this tiny tapas bar called El Rinconcillo just around the corner that’s been there since 1670, and watching the locals pop in for their morning coffee while you’re heading out for the day… well, it just makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something authentic.

The suites themselves are what I’d call “modern comfort meets Andalusian charm” – though that sounds cheesy, it’s actually true. The building has character without feeling old or worn down, and the rooms are spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your suitcase every five minutes. The air conditioning works properly (crucial in Seville summers, trust me), and the soundproofing is decent considering you’re in a centuries-old neighborhood where delivery trucks somehow navigate these narrow streets at dawn. I appreciated the kitchenette setup – not because I was planning to cook elaborate meals, but having a proper fridge and the ability to make coffee without calling room service felt like a luxury. The staff genuinely seems to know the city well, not just the standard tourist recommendations. When I asked about flamenco shows, they steered me away from the obvious tourist traps toward this incredible little tablao in Triana that I never would have found otherwise.

Here’s the thing about this place – it’s solidly good without being flashy. The 7.8 rating feels about right; it’s not going to blow your mind, but it gets the important stuff right. The location alone makes it worth considering, especially if you want to walk everywhere (which you should in Seville). You’re close enough to the Alcázar that you can easily pop back to your room during the brutal afternoon heat, then head out again when the city comes alive in the evening. Parking is tricky in this area – I mean, it’s tricky everywhere in old Seville – but they can arrange something nearby if you’re driving. Honestly though, once you’re here, you won’t need a car. The whole historic center unfolds around you, and there’s something magical about stepping out your door onto these ancient cobblestones every morning, especially when the light hits the orange trees just right.

  The overall stay was very pleasant. The apartment is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, the apartment was clean and had all the necessary stuff that you would need for your stay, from kitchen equipment, to washing machine etc. Wifi connection is great. The AC also worked without any issue, so we did not die from heat in the apartment. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The apartment is located in an area where it is near the centre, so everything is within walking distance. Near the apartment, around 5-6 minutes walking distance you will find Lidl, so you can easily buy your groceries. The host was communicative, all the information and instructions were clear and sent ahead of time.
  
  What could be improved: Some tiles on the floor were a little loose, so the walking was uneven in some parts, but nothing too serious.

  The host was extremely friendly and available for support and explanations. The apartment is huge and clean. Position is comfortable to get to the city centre by foot, especially Las Seats.
  
  What could be improved: There was a very unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom, no hand soap dispenser and no toilet paper holder. A towel holder in the bathroom and the shatters in the bedroom were broken.

  Clean, comfortable apartment with lovely decor and easy walk to supermarket.
  
  What could be improved: There is an unpleasant smell in the foyer of apartment block, possibly drains but it didn’t penetrate into apartment which was lovely inside.

  The appartement was spacious, clean, and well equipped. There was everything we needed. Nespresso machine, iron, wash machine…
  Very good location, walking distance to the centre. A lot of restaurants nearby, mini market, bike rental etc.
  I only missed a dressing mirror, but that's just a woman thing, I guess.
