Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first walked down Calle Pajaritos – it’s this narrow little street that most tourists miss completely, tucked away in Seville’s old town where the real locals still hang their laundry from wrought-iron balconies. But Green-Apartments Giralda Views? Well, the name pretty much says it all, and they’re not kidding about those views.

The thing is, you’re literally a three-minute walk from the cathedral and Giralda tower, but somehow you’ve escaped all that tourist chaos. I mean, you can actually hear church bells instead of tour groups from your window, which is saying something in this part of Seville. The apartments themselves feel more like staying at a design-savvy friend’s place than a typical hotel – there’s this cool mix of modern fixtures with traditional Andalusian touches that actually works. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too (I’m talking real coffee makers, not those sad little pods), which is perfect because honestly, breakfast prices around the cathedral area will make you weep. What really got me was how quiet it stays at night. You’d think being so central would mean noise, but Calle Pajaritos is just residential enough that you’re not dealing with the bar crowds that plague some of the main drags.

The staff clearly knows their stuff about the neighborhood – they pointed me toward this tiny tapas place on Calle Alemanes that I never would’ve found otherwise, and gave me the real scoop on which flamenco venues are tourist traps versus the authentic ones. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, no hovering or hard sells, just practical info about parking (there’s a decent garage about two blocks away, definitely book ahead) and when the nearby shops close for siesta. I’ll be honest, the decor isn’t going to win any awards – it’s clean and comfortable but pretty understated – though those promised Giralda views from the upper floors are genuinely spectacular, especially around sunset when the whole tower glows golden. The 8.5 rating feels about right; it’s not luxury exactly, but it nails what most people actually want: a great location, reasonable space, and that feeling like you’re staying somewhere real instead of some generic chain. If you’re the type who’d rather explore authentic Seville than be pampered with turndown service, this place gets it.

  Paula was so helpful – even brought us a travel adopter. Location was perfect, central but quiet. The apartment had everything we could want and was very comfortable.

  Located in the heart of Seville with walking distance to the main attractions and supermarkets.
  
  The apartment was lovely and clean. Its roof top terrace was lovely overlooking Seville Cathedral and Giralda at night. The entrance was furnished with beautiful tiles and gives the Andalusian touch to visitors.
  
  The apartment was quiet and all of us had good night rest throughout our stay.
  
  Flavio looks after the guests and ensure guests are comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: As someone who is on a long trip and would prefer to eat at home every now and then (but not every single day), the place could benefit with slightly bigger kitchen utensils such as pots and pans to enable family to cook for 3 family members instead of small ones.
  
  Additionally, I would recommend that the provider could provide a small amount of cooking oil or olive oil for guests to make light meals when staying at the accommodation. Given that cooking facility has already been provided, no guest travel with oil and salt when going on holidays.
  
  The mattresses were comfy but it could have reached to its final legs. The double bed seems to have sank a bit. Maybe previous large size visitors have made bed sank. The single bed makes noise by just a slight move. It can be annoying when trying to find the comfortable position to sleep.

  The location was perfect for us, right in the centre of the old city, a few minutes walk from the cathedral, Alcázar, shops and restaurants. It was very quiet, on a pedestrian side street. We didn’t hear any traffic or other street noise, just the pleasant ringing of the cathedral bells.
  The entrance courtyard added to it feeling peaceful.

  We arrived earlier than expected and this wasnt too much trouble, someone came to meet us early and handover the keys. That was very kind and meant we could start our holiday early.

  What could be improved: Mattresses were clean, but cheap. So not so comfy
  A few more kitchen utensils like a chopping board and tea towels would have been handy
  Sometimes properties leave oil, salt + pepper etc – that also would have been handy
  But ultimately none of that was necessary – Those are a few small things that take a property from good to great.
