Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about Green Street? It’s tucked away on this narrow little street in Seville’s old quarter where you’d almost walk right past it if you weren’t looking. But honestly, that’s part of its charm – it feels like you’ve discovered something the tour groups haven’t figured out yet.
The location is pretty perfect if you actually want to experience Seville rather than just Instagram it. You’re literally a three-minute walk from the Cathedral (I timed it), but you’re on this quiet residential street where the only sounds at night are maybe some flamenco drifting from a nearby bar or locals chatting on their balconies. The building itself has that traditional Andalusian thing going on – you know, the white walls and wrought iron details – but inside it’s been updated in a way that actually makes sense. The rooms aren’t huge (this is the old town, after all), but they’re thoughtfully designed with good storage and, thank god, proper air conditioning. I mean, if you’ve been to Seville in summer, you know that’s not negotiable.
What really sells this place is the staff – they’re the kind of people who remember your name and actually give you useful advice about where to eat. Not the tourist trap recommendations you get at bigger hotels, but genuine spots where locals go. The guy at reception told me about this tiny tapas place around the corner on Calle Mateos Gago that I never would have found otherwise, and it ended up being one of my best meals in the city. The breakfast is solid too – nothing fancy, but fresh bread, good coffee, and they do this thing with tomato and olive oil that’s simple but perfect. One small thing worth mentioning: parking can be tricky since you’re in the pedestrian zone, but they’ll help you figure out the closest garage, and honestly, you won’t need a car once you’re settled in anyway. Everything worth seeing is walkable, and the narrow streets make it feel like you’re wandering through a movie set. I stayed during shoulder season in April and it was ideal – warm enough for evening strolls but not so crowded that you’re fighting for space at every corner. The 8.9 rating makes total sense when you consider you’re getting genuine local atmosphere, a great location, and service that feels personal rather than corporate. It’s not the fanciest place in Seville, but it’s the kind of spot that makes you feel like you’re actually living in the city for a few days rather than just passing through.

Eva from Australia – 19 October 2024 (8/10)
Central, clean and modern
What could be improved: Was a bit weird there was no hot water in the kitchen so had to boil the kettle to do the washing up and a bit inconvenient were only given one key. We knew there was no wifi, this was not a problem but all in all priced appropriately. Carlos was great in welcoming and promptly replying to messages.Richard from New Zealand – 30 September 2024 (9/10)
Location was outstanding, washing machine handy
What could be improved: No wifiStefano from Italy – 20 September 2023 (9/10)
First of all, the location is IMHO unbeatable if you want to explore Sevilla by foot and if you also want to access the Santa Justa train station for a trip somewhere else. The narrow Calle Verde street is very cute but it ends in a major street, where you can find 2 supermarkets within 5 mins. The apartment is exactly like you see in the pictures, it's super comfortable, has been recently renovated and looks like new. It is a ground floor, which is great for people with disabilities (literally only one step from the street level at the entrance), but it's inside the building so you get the best of all worlds, including a small patio where you can have breakfast or eat (there is everything you need in the kitchen), in open air (but in the shade, perhaps only not at midday), which is awesome in the super hot Sevillan summers. There is no Wi-Fi (as declared by the host) but there is cellular signal inside, despite being in the heart of a building, so for us lucky Europeans, we could easily roam like at home. The best feature of this apartment, however, is not intrinsically related to it: its manager, Carlos, is an absolutely top-tier host, having combined his perfect professionalism (including waiting for us way before our arrival), communication skills and friendliness. I was traveling with my senior mother who is relatively new to short-term rentals and I couldn't afford mistakes. Thanks to Carlos, I felt very relaxed and she was left impressed. I hope to visit Sevilla soon again and that this place will be my first option. Muchas gracias, Stefano and (Silvana)!
What could be improved: Not one single thing I can think of.Andreina from United Kingdom – 28 February 2023 (8/10)

Carlos the host was super helpful and friendly. Bonus he allowed us late check out since our flight was at night.
The apartment is spacious and have all the amenities Location is unbeatable
What could be improved: Pillows and mattress were not great quality.
Neighbours were very noise at least from the room we were sleeping in was like having them having a chat next to us.Antti from Spain – 9 October 2023 (8/10)
Our host, Carlos, very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to him. We were allowed to keep the apartment until the moment of departure (three extra hours). This was simply great.
Claire from Ireland – 4 April 2023 (8/10)
Spacious apartment in a great location in the old town within walking distance of the Cathedral and other historic sites as well as many good restaurants.
What could be improved: Just a couple of minor things, e.g. the toaster did not work and we could not get the cooker to work but we mostly ate out anyway as there are plenty of inexpensive restaurants nearby.Tanya from Germany – 2 March 2023 (8/10)
Location is perfect. This cannot be overstated! Although we could hear the neighbors come and go, the apartment has no noise from traffic or parties. Our host responded to every communication and was very kind.
What could be improved: There was no internet. Also, it might be helpful to leave information about the apartment in the apartment (since there is no internet to write and ask). For example, how to find and work the heater and if there are chairs and a table to take into the courtyard.Mike from United Kingdom – 12 September 2023 (7/10)
Location was good.
What could be improved: No wi-fi and quite noisy neighbours upstairs
