You know what really struck me about Guadalupe 15? It’s one of those places where you immediately feel like you’ve stumbled onto something special – and honestly, the location alone would sell me on it. Right there on Calle Guadalupe in the heart of Seville’s old town, you’re literally steps away from the kind of narrow cobblestone streets that make your Instagram followers irrationally jealous. I mean, the Cathedral and Alcázar are practically around the corner, but more importantly, you’re in the thick of where actual Sevillanos hang out.

The apartments themselves are what I’d call thoughtfully modern – Magno clearly gets that travelers want contemporary comfort without losing that authentic Spanish character. The spaces feel genuinely livable rather than hotel-sterile, which matters when you’re settling in for more than just a night or two. What I really appreciated was how quiet the place stays despite being so central; these old buildings have thick walls, and honestly, after walking Seville’s streets all day, you’ll be grateful for that. The 4-star rating feels about right – it’s polished and well-maintained without being stuffy or overpriced. And that 9-point rating from other guests? Yeah, I get it now.

Here’s the thing about staying in this part of Seville that guidebooks don’t always tell you – you’re going to want to grab groceries at the little market on Calle Sierpes (about a 3-minute walk) because having a proper kitchen means you can actually store that amazing jamón you’ll inevitably buy. Plus, being able to make coffee in the morning before venturing out into the chaos of tourist Seville is honestly a game-changer. The neighborhood comes alive differently throughout the day too – mornings are all business with locals heading to work, afternoons get touristy (but manageably so), and evenings… well, this is when Seville really shows off. You’ll hear the guitar music drifting from nearby plazas, smell the orange trees that line these streets, and probably end up staying out way later than planned because everything good happens after 10 PM here. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward key-passing or confusing building codes you sometimes get with apartment rentals. They clearly have their system down.

  Most of all Tanya was so lovely when we checked out. She helped us get a taxi to the airport, checked in on us and whilst we waited in reception she put a huge fan on to keep us cool when she noticed us using a handheld one. A genuinely lovely person who topped off a great stay. Would happily stay here again when visiting Seville 🙂

  Spacious apartment and equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.
  Dipping pool on roof very welcomed given hot weather.

  What could be improved: It was further away from the main attractions than we realised and each day meant a 15-30 minute walk depending where we were visiting.

  I loved the cleanliness and the space the apartment provided. It was a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated that the apartment had a washer and dryer.

  What could be improved: Can't say there was any issues the pool on the roof is smaller than I was expecting but it's perfectly functional and clean

  Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Booked flamenco tickets and other tours on our behalf. Big apartment which are well equipped and very clean. Swimming pool was great. Location great also. Lovely area.

  Walking distance from the railway station.
  There are plenty of nearby facilities for food and drink.
  The small pool on the rooftop was a blessing due to the heat and walking in the city. It was a great feeling to freshen up and revive your body after a long day.
  
  What could be improved: Only 1 fault.
  I do not believe that in this day that there was no USB charging point in the room nor the building.

  The property was in an excellent location, it was clean and had all the necessary essentials, it is very modern and a beautiful property.
  The pool was a lovely added touch even though it is quite shallow it was still nice and refreshing and a lovely relaxing roof top area which was amazing to have as the weather was very hot.
  
  What could be improved: The only recommendation I have is I stayed there for 10 nights and housekeeping didn’t come to empty the bins or give fresh towels for the entire stay.
