You know what struck me first about this little gem on Callejón Consuelo? The street itself is barely wide enough for two people to pass each other comfortably, which honestly makes it feel like you’ve stumbled into some secret corner of Seville that tourists haven’t completely overrun yet. I mean, you’re still very much in the thick of the old town – literally a three-minute walk from the Cathedral if you cut through the maze of narrow alleys – but there’s something wonderfully intimate about ducking into this tiny callejón at the end of the day.

The apartment itself is pretty much exactly what you’d hope for in a 4-star place, though I’ll be honest, the “2 pax” setup is perfect for couples but might feel snug if you’re the type who spreads out a lot. What really works here is how they’ve managed to keep the historical character intact (the building’s got that classic Sevillian bone structure with thick walls that actually keep things cool) while making sure everything functions like it should. The kitchen’s small but totally usable – I actually made coffee there every morning instead of hunting down a café, which saved me a few euros and let me ease into the day properly. The bathroom’s modern enough that you won’t be wrestling with ancient plumbing, and honestly, after walking around Seville’s cobblestones all day, having a proper shower is non-negotiable.

What I really appreciated was the location’s sweet spot factor. You’re close enough to hear the Cathedral bells (which is magical at sunset, less magical at 7 AM if you’re trying to sleep in), but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with the constant stream of tour groups that clog up the main arteries around Plaza del Triunfo. The nearest proper grocery store is about a five-minute walk toward Calle Sierpes, and there’s this little bar – I think it’s called El Rinconcillo – maybe two blocks away where locals actually drink, not just tourists taking Instagram photos. Parking is… well, it’s Seville’s old town, so forget about it, but the train station’s close enough that you can store your car there if you absolutely must drive. The whole area gets pretty quiet after 10 PM on weeknights, which was perfect for me, though weekends can get a bit livelier with people bar-hopping through the neighborhood. Overall, it’s got that 8.7 rating for good reason – not perfect, but it nails the things that actually matter when you’re trying to experience Seville like someone who lives there, not just passes through.

  Perfectly located apartment, very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and accommodating with early check in and late check out.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was excellent. Only tiny thing if I had to find something was that the towels were very small! But can't say it impacted our stay…

  This property is in a top location. You can see la Giralda from the bedroom window!
  There were supplies in the kitchen and almost every kitchen implement you could need!

  We stayed for 5 nights in this lovely furnished apartment in a great location. This unit is tucked away in an area of town that is really quite busy but this place is quiet. We were happy with the kitchen set up and could easily make meals beyond just breakfast. Check in was easy and didn’t need Maria for any reason.

  Good location close to centre. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Nicely decorated with interesting prints and pictures.
  
  What could be improved: It would have been useful to have clear location and access details in advance rather than struggling with phone communications on arrival when tired from travelling.

  The apartment was different from the usual IKEA minimalist rentals. There were books and prints and engravings. It was very quiet and comfortable and well equipped. It was in an ideal position for visiting the Cathedral and Alcázar.
  
  What could be improved: Some information could have been provided about food shops in the area and also restaurants away from the tapas bars on Mateos Gago.

  Nice homey feeling , great communication with María, nobody else booked place around my dates, so I could check in early and leave later to my convenience, that was superb bonus ! Apartment is spotless! Right in the heart of centre. In the cold weather A/C and extra heater available. Kitchen very well equipped!

  The location could not be better. The AC works very well and the bed is super comfy. Super cute and very quiet.
  
  What could be improved: Because of the amazing location, taxi’s can’t always reach it and there is no lift in the building, so don’t travel too heavy.
