  Perfectly located apartment, very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and accommodating with early check in and late check out.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was excellent. Only tiny thing if I had to find something was that the towels were very small! But can't say it impacted our stay…

  This property is in a top location. You can see la Giralda from the bedroom window!
  There were supplies in the kitchen and almost every kitchen implement you could need!

  We stayed for 5 nights in this lovely furnished apartment in a great location. This unit is tucked away in an area of town that is really quite busy but this place is quiet. We were happy with the kitchen set up and could easily make meals beyond just breakfast. Check in was easy and didn’t need Maria for any reason.

  Good location close to centre. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Nicely decorated with interesting prints and pictures.

  The apartment was different from the usual IKEA minimalist rentals. There were books and prints and engravings. It was very quiet and comfortable and well equipped. It was in an ideal position for visiting the Cathedral and Alcázar.

  Nice homey feeling , great communication with María, nobody else booked place around my dates, so I could check in early and leave later to my convenience, that was superb bonus ! Apartment is spotless! Right in the heart of centre. In the cold weather A/C and extra heater available. Kitchen very well equipped!

  The location could not be better. The AC works very well and the bed is super comfy. Super cute and very quiet.
  
  What could be improved: Because of the amazing location, taxi’s can’t always reach it and there is no lift in the building, so don’t travel too heavy.
