HomeySeville- Bright Apartment at Santa Cruz 6 pax, Parking Optional Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to HomeySeville- Bright Apartment at Santa Cruz 6 pax, Parking Optional, you immediately understand why this place scores so well with travelers. The building sits right on Calle Santa María la Blanca, and I mean right in the thick of things — you’re literally surrounded by the narrow cobblestone streets and whitewashed walls that make Barrio Santa Cruz so magical. The apartment itself lives up to its “bright” promise, with windows that actually let in proper light (something you can’t take for granted in these historic quarters). It’s one of those places where you walk in and think, okay, this feels like home.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about staying in Santa Cruz — you’re not just near the sights, you’re living among them. The Cathedral and Alcázar are practically on your doorstep, which means you can duck back for a siesta between morning and evening explorations. What I love about this particular street is that it’s residential enough to feel authentic but still gets you to Plaza de Santa Cruz in about two minutes on foot. You know those tiny tapas bars that locals actually frequent? There are several within a block or two. The location score of 9.6 isn’t just marketing fluff — it’s genuinely hard to beat this spot for accessing everything Seville has to offer on foot.
The Space
The apartment comfortably handles up to six people, which makes it perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. What struck me most was how they’ve managed to keep the historic charm while making everything actually functional — the kitchen has proper counter space, the living area doesn’t feel cramped, and there’s enough storage that you’re not living out of suitcases. The “bright” part of the name really delivers, especially in the main living space where afternoon light streams in beautifully. It’s got that lived-in comfort that makes you want to linger over morning coffee instead of rushing out to sightsee.
Practical Perks
Let’s talk about something most Seville accommodations can’t offer — parking. The optional private parking is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving, because navigating these medieval streets with a rental car is… well, let’s just say it’s not for everyone. Even if you’re not driving, knowing you could arrange parking gives you flexibility for day trips to places like Córdoba or the white villages. The apartment comes equipped with everything you’d expect for a proper stay — decent Wi-Fi, a washing machine (essential for longer trips), and a kitchen that’s actually set up for cooking real meals, not just reheating leftovers.
Why Guests Love It
Couples particularly rave about this place, and I get why — there’s something romantic about having your own little corner of historic Seville to retreat to each evening. But honestly, it works just as well for families or friend groups who want space to spread out. The combination of that unbeatable location, the genuine comfort of the space, and thoughtful touches like the parking option create something special. You’re not just staying in Seville’s old town, you’re actually living there for a few days, shopping at the corner markets and finding your own rhythm in one of Spain’s most enchanting neighborhoods.
Early hotels booking in Seville secures horse-drawn carriage tours, private azulejo lessons, and rooftop sherry tastings.

Reviews of HomeySeville- Bright Apartment at Santa Cruz 6 pax, Parking Optional
Natalia from Brazil – 26 January 2025 (8/10)
Great location. Santa Cruz neighborhood is great, with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Very close to the main attractions of Seville. The apartment was nice, good beds, kitchen very well equipped. The host was very attentive and resolved some issues we had on the first night.
What could be improved: The bathroom needs a renovation. It’s small and we had a problem with the toilet flush (it was not working properly) on the first night. I contacted the host who promptly responded and had it fixed the other day while we were out sightseeing. When we arrived back, everything was in perfect order, so in the end, it was a positive experience! The parking offered by the host is not close to the apartment and the streets in Sevilha are very narrow, so if you’re traveling with lots of bags and children, I would suggest parking at the parking lot around the corner from the apartment – it will be more expensive, but less hassle.John from United States – 5 January 2025 (7/10)
What could be improved: Beds not comfortable; shower smelled of mold and water not hot enough
Ammar from Germany – 8 May 2024 (8/10)
The host is very responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed.
Veronika from Czech Republic – 26 April 2024 (8/10)
Superb location, very close to the main sights and parks. 5 cute little balconies with spanish vibe.
What could be improved: the drain in the shower, the kitchen equipment, the comfort of the bedThomas from United States – 2 February 2024 (9/10)

Excellent location
What could be improved: No baggage storage nearby and no information provided.Mohammed from United States – 3 June 2023 (8/10)
Location was great! There were many restaurants nearby and it was a short walk to Alcazar and other points of interests. We were there when Seville won the Europa League and the view from the windows allowed us to see people celebrating in the streets. The Wi-Fi was very great! We appreciate the amenities that the host provided such as tea and marmalade.
What could be improved: The apartment needed a little bit of attention to fix minor things. The apartment seems a little bit old but overall there was a definite Spanish feel to it. There was a light fixture that needed repair on the stairs leading to the apartment.Katz from United States – 24 March 2023 (9/10)

Perfect location! 10-15 minutes walk to the main attractions of stunning Seville 🤩 Nice apartment with enough space for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys.
Public underground parking 2 minutes away from the apartment (25 euros per day). We really enjoyed staying here and the noise was not a problem at all.
What could be improved: A little refurbishment would be great as place looks worn-down. Cleanliness could be improved too.
