You know what struck me first about HoneyMoon Apartment? The name’s a bit cheesy, honestly, but the location is absolutely perfect if you want to be right in the thick of Seville’s old town without dealing with the chaos of the main tourist strips. Plaza Pedro Zerolo is this lovely little square that most tourists walk right past – it’s got that authentic neighborhood feel but you’re literally a three-minute walk from the cathedral. I mean, you can hear the bells from your window, which is either charming or annoying depending on how you feel about being woken up at 7 AM (fair warning there).

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel, which makes sense given it’s actually an apartment setup. The furnishings are modern but not sterile – someone clearly put thought into making it feel homey rather than just functional. What I really appreciated was the kitchen situation; it’s properly equipped, not just a mini-fridge and microwave like so many places. Perfect for grabbing fresh produce from the Mercado de la Encarnación (about a ten-minute walk) and having breakfast on your own schedule. The bathroom’s got excellent water pressure too, which… look, after walking around Seville all day in the heat, that matters more than you’d think.

Here’s the thing about this location – Plaza Pedro Zerolo sits right at the edge where the tourist zone meets actual residential Seville, so you get the best of both worlds. You’ll hear kids playing football in the square during the evening, which gives you this slice of real Spanish life, but you’re also close enough to duck into the Barrio Santa Cruz when you want that postcard-perfect Andalusian experience. Parking can be tricky if you’re driving (most of the old town is pedestrian-only), but there’s a public garage about five minutes away. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after 10 PM, except on weekends when the plaza becomes a bit of a gathering spot for locals – it’s lively but not rowdy. I’d definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two and want to feel less like a tourist and more like a temporary resident. Just pack some earplugs if you’re sensitive to those morning church bells.

  Very central, modern style and great size. Overall really a beautiful place
  
  What could be improved: Bed was on the small side, mattress unconfortable and bed linen small and of low quality. It is a pity because it could be much better.
  We had a problem with bathroom sink (the water was going out very slowly). I reported it twice in the booking chat the day after the check in but we did not get any attention. Check in and check out attention was good.

  What could be improved: Electrics seemed a problem. Apartment shut down every day and had to be reset. Light over dining table not working nor was standard lamp and bedside light switch crackled. A folder of local information etc would be useful.
  Sadly, and not the hosts fault, the lift did not work on the day of departure and the steep stairs hard to navigate with suitcases

  The apartment is quite big and has a lot of cooking utensils/supplies. Also the apartment had some convenient features like a washing machine
  The neighborhood was really nice with a lot of bars and restaurants, though inside you couldn't hear the noise from the area. Although you can hear everything that happens in the courtyard, even normal talking, so quietness depends on your neighbors (also tourists). For us it was relatively quiet.
  
  What could be improved: The bed; don't go here for your honeymoon (as the name suggests), the bed is only 120cm wide..
  Although there are a lot of windows, not much daylight. (Only 1,5m to the windows of next appartment.) Which doesn't contribute to the atmosphere of the apartment, which is already quite sterile.
  Couple of things that should be fixed; The oven seems broken, the main showerhead only works if you keep pressing the button, loose toilet seat, no kettle.
  Communication with the company about this wasn't great, slow or no response to questions.
  
  Would say not worth the price, but that's probably also due to the Feria.

  What could be improved: No me gustó que se oye todo, quién viene, quien sube, quién baja. Es muy ruidoso el patio de vecinos.
  La colcha estaba sucia.
  También nos pareció que por el precio que vale, aunque pusieran un bote de Fairy y jabón líquido de manos y alguna toalla más pues tampoco pasaría nada, porque es bastante caro.
