The building sits right on Plaza Pedro Zerolo, and honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better introduction to the old town. I mean, you’re literally steps away from the maze of narrow cobblestone streets that make this city so magical. The entrance has that authentic Andalusian character — nothing flashy, just genuine Sevillian charm that immediately tells you this place gets it right.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s the thing about staying in Seville’s old town — location is everything, and this spot absolutely nails it. Plaza Pedro Zerolo might not be as famous as Plaza de España, but that’s actually what makes it perfect. You’re in the real heart of things without the tourist chaos. The cathedral is maybe a ten-minute stroll, the Alcázar is even closer, and you know what? You can walk to pretty much everything that matters. Couples especially seem to love wandering these streets together (they rate the location 9.2, which honestly doesn’t surprise me at all). The neighborhood comes alive in the evenings when locals fill the tapas bars, and you’ll find yourself naturally falling into that wonderful Sevillian rhythm.

  Very central, modern style and great size. Overall really a beautiful place
  
  What could be improved: Bed was on the small side, mattress unconfortable and bed linen small and of low quality. It is a pity because it could be much better.
  We had a problem with bathroom sink (the water was going out very slowly). I reported it twice in the booking chat the day after the check in but we did not get any attention. Check in and check out attention was good.

  What could be improved: Electrics seemed a problem. Apartment shut down every day and had to be reset. Light over dining table not working nor was standard lamp and bedside light switch crackled. A folder of local information etc would be useful.
  Sadly, and not the hosts fault, the lift did not work on the day of departure and the steep stairs hard to navigate with suitcases

  Bien ubicado para ir andando al centro. En 10 minutos estás. Apartamento perfecto con todas las comodidades y amueblado con mucho gusto. Muy cómodo.

  The apartment is quite big and has a lot of cooking utensils/supplies. Also the apartment had some convenient features like a washing machine
  The neighborhood was really nice with a lot of bars and restaurants, though inside you couldn't hear the noise from the area. Although you can hear everything that happens in the courtyard, even normal talking, so quietness depends on your neighbors (also tourists). For us it was relatively quiet.
  
  What could be improved: The bed; don't go here for your honeymoon (as the name suggests), the bed is only 120cm wide..
  Although there are a lot of windows, not much daylight. (Only 1,5m to the windows of next appartment.) Which doesn't contribute to the atmosphere of the apartment, which is already quite sterile.
  Couple of things that should be fixed; The oven seems broken, the main showerhead only works if you keep pressing the button, loose toilet seat, no kettle.
  Communication with the company about this wasn't great, slow or no response to questions.
  
  Would say not worth the price, but that's probably also due to the Feria.

  Il bagno era sprovvisto di sapone.
  In cucina manca un sapone per le mani e della carta assorbente/tovaglioli. Letto abbastanza scomodo.

  Qué nos permitieran dejar las maletas antes de entrar y después de salir.
  El apartamento está bastante bien equipado.
  
  What could be improved: No me gustó que se oye todo, quién viene, quien sube, quién baja. Es muy ruidoso el patio de vecinos.
  La colcha estaba sucia.
  También nos pareció que por el precio que vale, aunque pusieran un bote de Fairy y jabón líquido de manos y alguna toalla más pues tampoco pasaría nada, porque es bastante caro.
