  Location couldn’t be any better, staff were incredibly kind, helpful and spoke perfect English. Miguel helped us check-in early, recommended great restaurants and was friendly and professional.

  Just like a 5 star hotel. Miguel in the front desk and his team make sure that we are always welcome. It reminded me of the St Regis Hotel in Dubai.

  The staff was incredible — all of them! A very friendly and welcoming place. I loved the front desk person, María, she gave me fantastic recommendations for food and night life — all of her suggestions were a home run. I had a blast. Oh and the bed was so comfortable. I almost forgot: the breakfast options are delicious and way over-the-top luxurious (it's a feast fit for royalty) and I enjoyed every last bite. Can't wait to come back!

  Location was great
  Parking is situated a walk away but the staff at the hotel helped us to find although valet service is not offered they took pity on us and helped us as we were overseas visitors!!
