You know what caught me off guard about this place? Walking up to 3 Calle Torrijos, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the street level – Triana keeps its secrets well hidden behind those typical Sevillan facades. But once you get inside House-Rooftop&Jacuzzi-StayInSeville (yeah, the name’s a bit of a mouthful), it’s like stepping into someone’s incredibly stylish private home rather than a hotel.

The real magic happens when you make it up to that rooftop terrace. I mean, most places in Seville will promise you views, but from here you’re actually looking across the Guadalquivir toward the cathedral and Giralda – especially gorgeous during that golden hour when the whole city seems to glow. The jacuzzi up there isn’t huge, but it’s perfectly positioned, and honestly, after a day of wandering those narrow streets in the summer heat, sinking into warm water while watching the sunset is pretty much perfection. What I really appreciated was how they’ve set up the rooftop space – there are different areas to hang out, so even when other guests are around, it doesn’t feel crowded or awkward.

Being in Triana makes such a difference too, and I think a lot of visitors don’t realize how special this neighborhood is until they’re actually staying here. You’re literally a two-minute walk from Mercado de Triana (grab breakfast there – the locals do), and you can stroll across the Isabel II bridge to the main tourist areas in about ten minutes. But here’s the thing – Triana has this authentic, lived-in feel that the city center sometimes lacks. You’ll hear actual conversations in Spanish drifting from the tapas bars, not just tour groups. The pottery workshops along Calle Alfarería are still operating, and in the evenings, you might catch some impromptu flamenco if you know where to look (ask the staff – they’re surprisingly plugged into the local scene). Parking can be tricky around here, but the neighborhood’s walkable enough that you won’t need a car once you’re settled in. The rooms themselves are modern without being sterile – good AC, which you’ll definitely need in summer, and surprisingly quiet considering you’re right in the heart of things. That 9.2 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s those little touches that add up, like actually decent coffee in the morning and staff who seem to genuinely care about whether you’re enjoying Seville.

  The location was super convenient. Walking distance to main points of interest. Laureen was super nice and welcoming. She helped us find the best parking and gave us good tips for our stay in Sevilla. The house is very spacious and clean.

  Very clean, good beds and plenty of plates and cups in the kitchen which is a great benefit when traveling with a family of 10. The jacuzzi is used a lot :).
  The location was great. Lively area but not too noisy. Very nice restaurants close by.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing, it was all great! We dutchies are not used to showering in the bathtub but that is the only small thing that we had to get used to 🙂

  The very first great impression was made by the host, who was very nice, provided us with all informations needed. And than the house which is a playground on its own. We traveled with kids amd how happy where they as they had all a teenager can dream off – jacuzzy, arcade games, PS…and for the grown ups great rooftop lounge area…the house has great location near to all attractions, great restaurants near by…
  
  The house has everything you need and was very clean.
  
  Overall very very happy with our stay, really recommend if you are in Sevilla with frienda or family.

  Location in great area of town and an easy and beautiful walk across the river to the centre. Roof garden was fab and everything we used worked so well. Meeting for check in and communication was really good and flexibility on check out much appreciated
  
  What could be improved: Be aware the hot tub is in a ground floor room by itself so a bit odd but enjoyable nonetheless and well maintained.
