Hotel Description

Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Seville apartments over the years, and ISG Apartments Cedaceros 12 honestly surprised me. The location alone – tucked away on this narrow little street called Callejón Cedaceros – is pure old town magic without the tourist chaos you get on the main drags. You’re literally a three-minute walk from the Cathedral (I timed it because I’m nerdy like that), but the street itself is quiet enough that you won’t have groups of tourists chattering under your window at midnight. The building has this understated elegance that feels authentically Sevillian rather than trying too hard to be Instagram-perfect.

What really won me over was the attention to detail – and I mean the stuff that actually matters when you’re living somewhere for a few days. The apartments are properly equipped, not just decorated to look good in photos. The kitchen actually has sharp knives and decent cookware, which… honestly, if you’ve stayed in vacation rentals before, you know how rare that is. The air conditioning works properly (crucial in Seville summers, trust me), and the wifi is strong enough for video calls, which saved me during a work emergency. The beds are comfortable without being too soft, and there’s enough storage space that you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. Small thing, but the bathrooms have excellent water pressure – something you really appreciate after walking around Seville’s cobblestones all day.

The neighborhood vibe is what sealed it for me though. You’re right in the heart of things but on a street that feels residential rather than touristy. There’s a little local bar around the corner where I grabbed coffee most mornings, and the guy behind the counter started recognizing me by day three. You can walk to pretty much everything – Alcázar, the Jewish Quarter, even across to Triana if you don’t mind a pleasant stroll. But here’s the thing locals know: this area gets incredibly quiet after about 11 PM, so you actually get proper sleep unlike some of the more central locations. Parking is typical old town nightmare stuff, but honestly, you don’t need a car here anyway. The check-in process was smooth – they met me at the apartment right on time and gave me actual useful tips about the neighborhood, not just generic tourist advice. I’d definitely book this place again, and I’m pretty picky about where I stay.

    Great location, clean, and hosts were responsive and helpful. Had a brilliant stay.

    What could be improved: Only one minor negative was there was minimal information about access upfront, but hosts were responsive so this wasn't really a problem.

    Good location in Seville old town. Two bathrooms were great. Beds comfy. Pool on the roof is small but nice to cool off in. Reasonable price for Seville. Lovely breakfast cafe around the corner – la Gata en bicicleta. Parking is free via a residents card at a nearby public parking garage – go straight ahead in the parking garage (not to the right). This was really helpful. Streets nearby the apartment asleep quite narrow but you can stop to drop bags before moving to the parking lot.

    Everything.
    The location was great, the apartment, and the support received before and after the arrival – from restaurant, bars, show's recommendations to answering everyday questions we had.
    Setas is just few minutes walking from the apartment and cathedral is 10' away.

    Great value for money and free parking spot.

    What could be improved: We didn't know that garage was that small and distant (10' walk or 5min / 5€ from apartment) and it was very difficult to get in (both doors opening to entering with car).
    However, this cannot diminish the impact of the host and apartment itself. ☺️

    Location was amazing. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Rooftop pool was lovely and clean. The apartment was what we were expecting and matched the photos. Spacious and exactly what we needed as a family.

    What could be improved: Nothing really. Floor could have been slightly cleaner (a bit dusty etc) but apart from that everything was perfect.

    Mar Jouve was an excellent host. She was there to meet us on arrival and explain about all the facilities in the apartment. The location was on a quiet street right in the centre of the city. The apartment was clean, spacious with comfortable beds
