Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about ISG Apartments Conde Negro 10? The name makes it sound way more corporate than it actually is. I mean, when you’re walking down Calle Conde Negro – and honestly, good luck finding it on your first try because these old town streets are basically a beautiful maze – you’ll stumble onto this gem that feels more like staying at a well-connected friend’s place than some sterile apartment complex.
The free parking thing isn’t just a nice-to-have here, it’s actually brilliant. Anyone who’s tried to navigate Seville’s old town with a rental car knows the panic of circling those impossibly narrow streets while your GPS has a complete meltdown. The apartments are tucked right in the heart of it all, which means you’re maybe a three-minute walk from the Cathedral (you’ll hear the bells, trust me), but you don’t have to deal with the tourist crowds literally outside your window. There’s this perfect balance where you can duck into a proper neighborhood bar for breakfast – the kind where locals actually go – but then you’re at the Alcázar before the tour groups arrive.
What really sold me on the place was how they’ve managed to keep the character of these old buildings while making everything actually work. The Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, the shower has decent pressure (minor miracle in these historic buildings), and the beds are comfortable enough that you won’t spend your vacation complaining about your back. I stayed during Easter week – probably not my smartest planning decision given how insane Seville gets during Semana Santa – but even with the processions literally passing by the street, it never felt overwhelmingly chaotic inside. The windows are solid, though you’ll definitely want to step out and watch if you’re there during the festivities.
The apartments themselves feel authentic without being inconvenient, if that makes sense. You’ve got proper kitchen facilities, which is clutch when you want to grab some jamón and cheese from the market and just chill for a bit instead of restaurant-hopping every single meal. Speaking of the market – Mercado del Arenal is close enough that you’ll probably end up there more than once, especially if you’re into the whole cooking-while-traveling thing. The staff actually knows the area, too, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places just hand you a generic city map and call it a day. They’ll point you toward the good tapas spots that aren’t total tourist traps, and honestly, that local knowledge is worth its weight in gold when you’re trying to eat well in a city this food-obsessed.
The 9-star rating isn’t some marketing fluff – it’s one of those places where the details just work smoothly enough that you can focus on actually enjoying Seville instead of fighting with your accommodation. And in a city this gorgeous and overwhelming, that’s exactly what you want.

Confortable
What could be improved: Customer service 👎David from United States – 28 November 2024 (8/10)
Very spacious, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean, chic, modern and had all the amenities we needed.
What could be improved: There was no parking and the parking garage was 9 minutes away, other than that there was nothing else to not like about the placeTilvikė from Lithuania – 23 October 2024 (8/10)
Apartment is very cozy and beautiful, has everything you would need. Very comfortable bed and good linens.
What could be improved: Parking is kind of difficult especially if you arrive in the weekend. We left our car at paid parking 750 meters away. Alwo, you can see the living room from the street and they don't have black out curtains on that window.Jill from United Kingdom – 15 October 2024 (9/10)
Handy location for getting to airport. Quiet. Super comfortable & spacious with everything you need.
What could be improved: The car parking was a 5 min walk away. Not far by Seville standards but we thought it was going to be under the building so had to add on extra time for getting to airport early in the morning. Blind in upstairs bedroom didn’t work, not a problem but just noting here so it can be fixed.Suhani from Sweden – 3 September 2024 (9/10)
It was very clean and in good location.
What could be improved: Difficult to locate parking location. I wish they had mentioned it earlier how to get there.Howie120 from Spain – 24 August 2024 (9/10)
Free parking and friendly hosts. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Great location, not too far to walk to main tourist attractions.
Siobhan from United Kingdom – 20 June 2024 (8/10)
The property was central, clean and the ambiance and decor was amazing. It was so relaxing and perfect for what we needed. The host was amazing and so nice.
What could be improved: Everything was great but for those travelling from the UK the parking is very tight and not for the feint hearted.Manuel from United States – 27 May 2025 (8/10)
Convenient to walk around
Damjan from Slovenia – 1 November 2024 (8/10)
Very clean, good location, modern, spacious
What could be improved: Extra bed wasn't made, wifi code was wrong but the owner was very responsive to solve.
Parking is 7 min far by foot.Julie from United Kingdom – 20 June 2024 (7/10)
The appartment was very nice. Had almost everything we needed, blinds didn't work.
Location was good. Beds comfortable. Layout good.
What could be improved: Getting into the car park and building was a nightmare. The girl said no one had problems. When she translated to English or onto my phone the bell symbol became numbers, instead of bell symbol.
Didn't answer our call when we kept ringing. Picked up on my partners phone though.
Also she put, the room was ready. It wasn't. That was down to the English used in her message been incorrect. The company needs to create templates, not just for apple phones.
The blinds didn't close in bedrooms so we used our towels.
We could have done with more tea n coffee.
