Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and ISG Apartments La Florida honestly surprised me in the best way possible. You know how sometimes you book a place and cross your fingers it’ll be decent? Well, this wasn’t one of those times. The moment I walked into the lobby on Calle Luis Cadarso, I could tell someone actually cared about this place – there’s this clean, modern vibe that doesn’t feel sterile or corporate, if that makes sense.

What really sold me on this spot is the location in Nervión. I mean, everyone talks about staying in the touristy center, but honestly? This neighborhood is where actual Sevillanos live and work. You’re maybe a 15-minute walk to the Cathedral (20 if you’re dragging luggage), but here’s the thing – you can actually get a decent night’s sleep because you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of late-night tapas tours stumbling past your window. The apartments themselves are properly spacious, not like those shoebox hotel rooms you usually get in Spanish cities. I had a full kitchen that I actually used, which was clutch for those mornings when I wanted coffee at 7 AM instead of waiting for cafés to open. The beds are comfortable too – and I’m picky about mattresses, so that’s saying something.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the staff genuinely knows the area. When I asked about getting to the Isla de la Cartuja (where a lot of the newer attractions are), they didn’t just point me toward the tourist bus. Instead, they told me about the metro stop that’s literally a few blocks away – the San Bernardo station connects you to the whole city without dealing with Seville’s notoriously confusing bus routes. Plus, there’s this fantastic little mercado just down the street where locals shop, and you can grab fresh produce and jamón that costs half what you’d pay near the cathedral. The apartments have proper refrigerators, so you can actually store stuff instead of eating out for every single meal. Parking was surprisingly straightforward too – there’s a garage nearby that won’t completely destroy your budget, though honestly, you probably won’t need a car much once you’re settled in. The 9.2 rating makes total sense when you add it all up: clean, comfortable, well-located without being touristy, and run by people who actually want you to enjoy Seville rather than just survive it.

  The apartment was great, very clean, with modern well designed furniture & equipment.
  
  In a location that was near to great local restaurants & bars that offered great value for money, yet only a short walk to any of the places you may wish to visit.
  
  What could be improved: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property & I would definitely stay here again.

  Muy limpio, fresco (no tuve que encender el AC, solo el ventilador de techo) y muy tranquilo. Tenía el piso que daba al patio, era muy tranquilo, eso sí cualquier cosa en el pasillo se oía todo!
  
  What could be improved: Falta algún mueble en el baño para apoyar las cosas (espacio para un mueble no falta!) y me costó al principio entrar los códigos para abrir pero bueno una vez pillado el truco, todo bien.

  What could be improved: Bisogna che l'host di questa struttura metta un tastierino o un box sul portone principale in quanto fornisce il codice della porta dell'appartamento ma per arrivare a questa abbiamo dovuto citofonare ad un altro interno.
  Domanda : E se fossimo arrivati ad ora tarda? E se non ci fosse stato nessuno ad aprirci come avremmo fatto ad arrivare alla porta con il tastierino?
  Questa è l'unica ma grossa pecca di questa struttura.
