Hotel Description
You know what really surprised me about ISG Apartments Lovely Duplex? It’s actually tucked away on Feria Street in a way that feels authentically Sevillian without being touristy. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of the old town – like, proper old town where locals still hang their laundry from wrought-iron balconies and the morning sounds are church bells mixing with vendors setting up their stalls at the Thursday market just down the street.
The duplex itself is honestly more spacious than I expected from the photos. There’s this nice flow between the levels that makes it feel like you’re staying in someone’s actual home rather than a cookie-cutter rental. The kitchen’s got everything you need if you want to cook with those gorgeous tomatoes and jamón from the Feria market (which, by the way, is one of those markets where you’ll still hear more Spanish than English). What I really appreciated was the attention to little details – proper coffee cups, not those tiny hotel ones, and the shower actually has decent water pressure, which isn’t always a given in these historic buildings. The Wi-Fi held up fine when I needed to work, though honestly, you’re going to want to spend most of your time wandering the maze-like streets around here.
Location-wise, this place is sort of perfectly positioned if you want to experience Seville like someone who lives here rather than just checking off the major sights. You’re about a ten-minute walk to the cathedral and Alcázar, but you’re also right in the middle of the Macarena neighborhood where you’ll find those tiny tapas bars that don’t even have signs – just follow the locals through unmarked doors. The nearby streets can get a bit lively on weekend nights (it’s Spain, after all), but it’s more charming neighborhood buzz than obnoxious party noise. I’d definitely recommend this spot, especially if you’re the type who likes to grocery shop at local markets and cook breakfast while planning your day. The 4-star rating feels about right – it’s not luxury, but it’s thoughtfully done and genuinely comfortable. Plus, parking can be tricky in this part of town, but they actually provide decent guidance on where to leave your car if you’re driving in.

Location, Easy Entry with codes and Washing machine with washing capsules. Very thoughtful. Best of all was the list of cafes and restaurants nearby and in the centre provided by the owner which we found to be excellent. The antique market on the streets nearby on Thursday is worth visiting.
What could be improved: The narrow stairs might be difficult for an older person but we managed.Lara from Netherlands – 23 April 2023 (9/10)
great location, the street has plenty of good restaurants options, you can walk everywhere and supermarket just downstairs. beds were comfortable, nespresso machine, 5 stars for that and the host is super nice and helpful.
Teemu from Finland – 1 April 2023 (8/10)
What could be improved: There is no mention that there is not actually 2 separate bedrooms, rather the second one is open space on the mezzanine.
Daniel from United Kingdom – 20 January 2023 (9/10)
comfortable apartment
What could be improved: no complain about the apartment but it is located in a location very difficult for parking a carAlanh from United Kingdom – 2 October 2022 (9/10)
Loved the apartment, it was clean had all that was need for our stay. The host sent us a list of great eating places and places to go. Short walk to the local bud routes, with shops and coffee shops close
What could be improved: The shower upstairs, was the only downside, not really usable for a big person, although with the space available it was functional. We were 4 adults and the second room was a little stuffy, but was comfortable. The hosts were really accommodating and friendly.Santiago from United Kingdom – 29 March 2025 (8/10)
Location was good, also near supermarket and good for breakfast, also near buses.
What could be improved: The stairs to top floor very dangerous, my wife fell over and very lucky she was fine, but her back has been painfully affected and the last two nights she did not sleep well she has to take tables for pain killer.
Also the induction hob was not used as it was nothing to unlock the system, lucky we ate outside all the time.Jon from Canada – 24 September 2024 (8/10)
The space was nice and super functional. For Europe having 2 beds was fantastic.
The staff A++, there was wifi issues and they worked with us until it was resolved. Fantastic service!
What could be improved: The space was a little beat up, cracking in walls. Shower head barely stayed in it's holder. The shower could also use a deep deep clean.
The washer does not funtion the best, the clothes remained drenched post wash and even after an extra spin cycle.Katarina from North Macedonia – 15 September 2024 (8/10)
Clean, spacious, good location. Down the street, loads of bars and tapas places. Easy to walk everywhere.
What could be improved: Nothing.Rebecca from United Kingdom – 29 April 2024 (7/10)
Central and clean
