Honestly, when I first saw “ISG Apartments The most Exclusive apartment in Sevillaparking” I rolled my eyes a bit at the name – it’s a mouthful and sounds like someone got excited with the marketing copy. But you know what? After staying there, I actually get why they’re confident about the whole “exclusive” thing.

The location is absolutely ridiculous in the best way possible. You’re literally on Avenida de la Constitución – I mean, this is THE street in Seville’s old town. When I opened the sixth-floor windows in the morning, I could see people already queuing for the Cathedral below, and the Giralda tower was so close I felt like I could reach out and touch it. The thing is, being right in the thick of everything means you’ll hear the street life, especially during peak tourist hours, but honestly? The double-glazed windows actually did a decent job keeping the noise manageable, and there’s something magical about falling asleep to the distant sounds of Seville’s nightlife drifting up from the cobblestones.

What really surprised me was how the apartment felt genuinely lived-in rather than sterile – the kitchen had proper Spanish olive oil (not the cheap tourist stuff), the bathroom had those thick towels that actually absorb water, and someone clearly thought about the lighting because you’re not squinting at harsh fluorescents everywhere. The parking situation deserves a mention too because, let’s be real, driving in Seville’s old town is basically a contact sport, and having a guaranteed spot when you’re staying right in the centro histórico is worth its weight in gold. I watched so many rental cars circling like vultures looking for parking while I was smugly sipping morning coffee on the balcony. The building itself feels properly Spanish – you know, those beautiful old structures with the tiny elevator that fits maybe two people and a suitcase if you’re feeling optimistic – but the apartment inside has been updated thoughtfully without losing character. During Semana Santa season this place must be absolutely insane given how close you are to all the procession routes, but in late spring when I visited, it felt like having your own private perch above one of Europe’s most beautiful cities. At that 9.2 rating, you’re paying for the location and the genuine comfort, not just Instagram-worthy photos, though honestly, the sunrise views over the cathedral don’t hurt either.

    The location was perfect and the terrace was absolutely amazing!

    What could be improved: The only thing I can comment on is that the hairdryer was not working properly and didn’t heat up

    Hands down the private terrace was the highlight of the property. It has the most spectacular view of the Sevilla Cathedral. It is large, spacious, clean – had a table, couch, loungers, pool. We loved spending time up there. However, the rest of the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern as well. Beautiful bedrooms, clean and modern bathrooms with rain shower heads. The service was also excellent – there is clearly care taken to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. They are responsive, kind and very professional. And a nice touch was the bottle of cava that they left for us – so lovely. This was an excellent find – we would definitely return and have already recommended this apartment to friends.

    What could be improved: parking instruction should be improved. it was very hard for us to know exact place without a picture guide. google maps doesn’t really show exact location and the parking system was confusing.

    Apartment was smack bang Central so everywhere and anywhere you could possibly want to go is max 10 mins walk..!
    Apartment was clean, everything available to make our stay comfortable..
    Hosts are amazing… with communication pre our flights out, to meeting us at the Apartment to welcome and walk us around, to offering advice on where to go etc.. bonus was they were so accommodating when I asked if we could stay a few hours after check out as we had a late flight..
    All in all, I think having this Apartment so central and hosts being so great really made all the difference to our trip to Seville..!

    What could be improved: Nothing I disliked.. but worth noting the terrace is not only for this apartment but shared with other floors..
