Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and honestly, the Justino Triana Suite by Valcambre really gets it right. It’s tucked away on Calle Justino Matute – which, by the way, is this quiet little street that most tourists never find because they’re all crowded around the cathedral area. You know what I mean? You get the real Triana neighborhood feel without the chaos, but you’re still close enough to walk everywhere that matters.

The thing about Triana is that it’s got this authentic Sevillian vibe that the historic center sometimes lacks – it’s where actual locals live and work, not just a tourist playground. This hotel really captures that. When I walked in, there was this immediate sense that someone had put actual thought into the design rather than just throwing together generic hotel furniture. The suites (and they really are proper suites, not just rooms with a fancy name) feel more like staying in a stylish friend’s apartment than a hotel. I mean, there’s actual kitchen space if you want to grab some jamón from the market down the street – which, honestly, you should do because the Mercado de Triana is maybe a five-minute walk and it’s incredible.

What really impressed me was how quiet it gets at night. Triana can get lively, especially on weekends when people are bar-hopping along Calle Betis by the river, but this particular street stays pretty peaceful. I actually slept through the night, which doesn’t always happen when I’m traveling. The beds are legitimately comfortable too – none of that rock-hard European hotel bed nonsense. And the air conditioning works properly, which matters more than you’d think when you’re visiting Seville in summer. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area (well, parking’s tricky everywhere in Seville), but they’ll help you figure it out, and there are some decent spots nearby if you know where to look. The staff actually knows the neighborhood – they’re not just reading from a script about “nearby attractions.” They’ll tell you which tapas place is worth the wait and which bridge to cross for the best sunset photos. That 9-point rating makes sense when you experience this level of attention to detail. It’s not flashy or over-the-top, but everything just works the way it should, and you get that rare feeling of staying somewhere that actually understands what travelers need.

  Localização excelente, rua (e prédio) muito calma, limpa e bem servida de supermercados, padarias e restaurantes. Permite fazer tudo a pé. A 20/30 minutos de distância, a pé, da catedral e a meio caminho entre a ponte Isabel II e a ponte S. Telmo – permite acesso rápido aos principais locais de La Triana. Apartamento espaçoso, com muita arrumação e bem distribuído. Ar condicionado em todas as divisões, cozinha bem equipada para até 4 hóspedes, bom serviço de internet e smart tv. Camas confortáveis, casas de banho em excelente estado e água quente sem restrições e com bom caudal. Prédio com elevador, o que facilita com as malas. Permite umas férias sem preocupações!
  
  What could be improved: Impossível estacionar na rua, em 7 dias não houve nenhum lugar vago, mas é um problema geral da cidade. Deixar o carro num parque coberto custa cerca de 25€/24h. As distâncias a pé para os locais mais turísticos são bastante cómodas e rápidas e tem um parque de bicicletas elétricas e scooters mesmo à frente de casa pelo que as acessibilidades estarão sempre asseguradas. Viagem de taxi entre o centro de Sevilha (zona histórica) e o apartamento custa cerca de 5,90€.

  Mooie, verzorgde en ruime kamers. Kleurrijk en eigentijds ingericht. Voldoende licht en toch kan je goed verduisteren, zowel voldoende privacy als voor het zonlicht.
  
  What could be improved: We vergaten een regenjas in de gangkast van het appartement. De poetsploeg zou die ons terug bezorgen, maar beweerden niets gevonden te hebben. Terwijl we zeker zijn, dat die jas er wel degelijk was achtergebleven. Jammer, beetje ontgoocheld toch hierover.
