Hotel Description
Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Seville, and Kayser Premium Suites honestly caught me off guard – in the best way possible. It’s tucked right on Calle Tomás de Ibarra, which if you know the old town at all, puts you literally in the heart of everything without being on one of those touristy streets where you can’t sleep because of the noise. I mean, you’re maybe a three-minute walk from the Cathedral, but the street itself has this quiet, residential feel that actually lets you pretend you live there for a few days.
The suites themselves – and they really are proper suites, not just hotel rooms with a fancy name – feel more like someone’s well-designed apartment than typical hotel accommodation. There’s this attention to detail that you don’t usually get at four-star places… like, the kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to grab some jamón and cheese from the market and have a proper Spanish breakfast. The beds are honestly some of the most comfortable I’ve encountered in Andalusia, and believe me, I’ve done the rounds. What really struck me though was how they’ve managed to blend modern comfort with the building’s original character – you’ve got these beautiful traditional Spanish tiles in the bathrooms, but then super-efficient air conditioning that actually works (which, if you’ve been to Seville in summer, you know is not a given).
The location thing is hard to overstate without sounding like every other hotel description, but here’s what I mean practically: you can walk to basically everything worth seeing, but you’re also on a street where actual Sevillanos live and work. There’s this little café two doors down where the owner remembers your coffee order by day three, and you’re close enough to Plaza de Armas that getting anywhere else in the city is dead simple. Parking can be tricky in the old town generally, but they’ve got arrangements with nearby garages – just ask when you check in. The staff, by the way, actually seem to enjoy their jobs, which makes such a difference when you need restaurant recommendations or help figuring out the bus to the airport. They pointed me toward this tapas place about five minutes away that I never would have found otherwise, and it ended up being one of those perfect Seville nights you read about but rarely actually experience. The 8.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s the kind of place that gets the big stuff right while also nailing those little touches that make you want to come back.

The location of the property is fantastic, very close to the Alcazar Palace and also very close to the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus stop!! Lots of good restaurants are there in the proximity.
The apartment is very nice, neatly maintained. Appliances provided are good.
The best point is the host is very nice and co-operative. Overall it was a very nice experience!!
What could be improved: The only issue was that, to reach our suite, we had to climb the stairs which was troublesome especially for my wife, because she has the knee-pain issue.David from United Kingdom – 17 November 2024 (9/10)
