Being right on Calle Justino Matute puts you in the heart of what I’d call the “real” Seville – you’re literally surrounded by the kind of tapas bars and flamenco venues that locals actually frequent, not the tourist traps closer to the cathedral. The sounds of the neighborhood become part of the experience: kids playing in the streets during siesta time, the distant strumming of guitars from nearby tablaos, and the gentle hum of evening conversations drifting up from the sidewalk cafés. What’s brilliant is that you can walk to the Puente de Triana in about five minutes, so you’re connected to the main city center, but you come home to this quieter, more authentic slice of Seville life. The building itself has that lived-in charm – I wouldn’t call it luxury, but it’s got the kind of solid, comfortable feel that makes you settle in immediately rather than feeling like you’re camping out in someone else’s space.

The 8.7 rating honestly makes sense once you’ve stayed here for a few days. It’s not trying to be fancy (the furnishings are pretty straightforward, actually), but everything works the way it should, and there’s enough room to spread out and live a bit. What really sold me was the little details: decent water pressure, AC that doesn’t sound like a helicopter, and windows that actually block out noise when you need to sleep.   The property was in a good location with various supermarkets, shops and eating places around. It was also an easy walk to the tourist sites of Seville. As regards parking the streets had many parked cars but we did find a space.

  The apartament was great, we found everything we needed for our stay. It was very convenient to live next to a supermarket and a playground.

  Overall, the apartment is very good. Very quiet and I have very good sleep every night. It is good to have all the kitchen and laundry facilities.
  
  What could be improved: The air conditioning system is very fairly new and good in condition. Suggest to have filters cleaning more often. It would be good to have an electronic door system too.

  Las camas eran buenísimas, descansamos muy Agusto. No faltaba detalle en nada de la casa. Y haciendo 42 grados en sevilla la casa al tener los aires se estaba muy bien. 😊 Aparte con el propietario ningún problema, muy agradable . La ubicación perfecta y con dos supermercados muy cerca. Además para aparcar nos ha sido muy fácil
