The whole area smells like orange blossoms in spring (seriously, the trees are everywhere), and you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Cathedral without dealing with the chaos of the main squares.

Here’s the thing about staying in Seville’s old town – parking is usually a nightmare that’ll make you question your life choices. But honestly, having that private parking spot included is like winning the lottery. You pull up, there’s your guaranteed space, and you don’t have to circle those impossibly narrow streets for forty minutes while tourists give you dirty looks. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than some sterile hotel room. The ceilings are high (thank god, because Seville summers are brutal), and there’s this authentic Andalusian tile work that you can tell wasn’t just slapped on for show. The kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to grab some jamón and manchego from the market nearby – which, by the way, is on Plaza del Duque on Thursdays and it’s absolutely worth getting up early for.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re right in the heart of everything. Sure, you’ll hear the occasional late-night reveler stumbling home (this is Spain, after all), but it’s not like those places near the bar district where you’re basically camping in a nightclub. The 8.4 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be some fancy five-star palace, but it nails what most people actually want: a clean, comfortable space with character that doesn’t feel like every other cookie-cutter accommodation. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the shower pressure is actually decent, which anyone who’s traveled through old European buildings will tell you is rarer than you’d think. If you’re planning to visit during Semana Santa or the April Fair, book this place way ahead – I learned that the hard way. But honestly, even in the summer heat, that old stone keeps things cooler than you’d expect, and you’re close enough to duck into the Cathedral or the Alcázar gardens when you need some serious air conditioning.

  Clean and well located within walking distance to everything. Comfortable with space even on rainy days. Friendly and helpful staff.
  
  What could be improved: Noisy at times from upper floor apartment (furniture moving, bathroom water running), no toilet paper which was weird (but we shopped anyway) and no dish soap, but to be fair, the representative said we could ask for more supplies – it was minor so we didn’t, we just coped.

  Clean, pretty, comfortable, specious, good standard. Very good service for the check-in. Safe area, close to many things within 10 min walk. Parking lot is available and we used it which was convenient.

  The host was wonderful. We had trouble finding the parking and they came to meet us. We really appreciated this. The location was amazing and we could walk to everything. Close to restaurants and a park for my little one. Area felt safe. Place was comfortable and clean.
