Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “LR2 Private Terrace & Parking,” I thought it sounded like some corporate rental listing. But once you actually get to 15 Calle Lirio in Seville’s old town, you realize this place is something special. The building itself has that weathered Andalusian charm you can’t fake, and when the host buzzed me up to the first floor apartment, I knew I’d stumbled onto one of those hidden gems that locals probably wish tourists wouldn’t discover.
The terrace is what really sells it – I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Seville’s historic center, surrounded by those narrow cobblestone streets that make you feel like you’ve stepped back centuries, but you’ve got this private outdoor space where you can actually breathe and spread out. Mornings up there with coffee are incredible, especially when the light hits those old church bells and orange tree branches peeking over neighboring rooftops. And honestly, the parking situation alone is worth its weight in gold if you’ve ever tried navigating a rental car through Seville’s maze-like old town (trust me, those streets weren’t designed for anything bigger than a donkey cart). Having a guaranteed spot means you can actually explore other parts of Andalusia without the stress of wondering where you’ll ditch your car when you get back.
What I really appreciated was how the place strikes this balance between being authentically local and actually comfortable for travelers. You’re close enough to hear the evening paseo crowds wandering toward Plaza de Armas, but the apartment itself stays surprisingly quiet – those old buildings have thick walls. The location puts you maybe a ten-minute walk from the Cathedral and Giralda, but you’re tucked away from the main tourist crush on streets like Sierpes. You know what’s great? You can walk to those little tapas bars locals actually go to, the ones tucked into side streets where the servers don’t automatically hand you an English menu. The nearby market on Calle Feria (Thursday mornings, if you’re curious) becomes part of your routine instead of just another tourist checkbox. I’d definitely stay here again – it’s got that 8.5 rating for good reason, and the four-star comfort level without feeling like some sterile hotel chain. Just pack light shoes for those cobblestones, and maybe grab groceries for the terrace because you’ll want to spend time up there.

Everything is excellent
What could be improved: I visited the most important tourist attractions on foot, I did not use my car. Since I parked it.

Need an app and mobile data (can be a bit of an issue if Data roaming). App works ok, but not having a physical key as well was a bit of a pain with family members.

The property was value for money. It was completely central to the old town of Sevilla. It was heated.
What could be improved: The white marble floors needed the odd rug on the floor to give it some warmth. A delightful clean and tidy, airy three storey townhouse/maisonette. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a beautiful start to the day.
Great position. In a quiet side street that you get by walking through the old town streets which was a joyon itself. 15 minute stroll takes you cathedral and Alcazar

Location, easy to walk to sights.
What could be improved: App for opening courtyard door, front door, garage door. Could not get courtyard door to open for exit. Could not get garage open for entry or exit. Lucky there are physical keys in apartment that can be used but challenging to leave the apartment with keys in it and actually exit the courtyard! Get someone to hold the gate open.

Location is very good. Funny way to build it in 3 levels. If you like steps this is for you.

It's a really nice place – good location, clean and comfy. The staff gave a lot of information on how to find the apt, where to park etc, which was very helpful. Altogether good value for money.
What could be improved: Cooking anything bigger than simple breakfast was a bit uncomfortable.
