  l'alloggio è dotato delle funzionalità di base necessarie per un soggiorno come "a casa". televisore, wi-fi, cucina…arredi, il tutto in un contesto urbano Centrale.
  
  What could be improved: appartamento non recentemente ristrutturato e un pò arrangiato negli arredi della cucina e del bagno. Divano letto un pò scomodo

  El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y cómoda. Constaba de una habitación principal con varios armarios y la camada muy cómoda, una pequeña cocina con sus respectivos utensilios y electrodomésticos, un salón amplio con un sofá cama y un servicio que tenía todo lo necesario. El establecimiento contaba con toallas, televisión, geles y secador.
  La ubicación era perfecta, en pleno centro de Sevilla y muy cerca a los lugares de interés turístico.
  Tuvimos un problema con la reserva, pero sus anfitrionas, María Jesús y Lola, nos lo resolvieron con facilidad, muy agradables y atentas en todo momento.
  Sin duda, volvería a repetir en otra ocasión.
  
  What could be improved: Quizás, por apuntar algo, el sofá cama tenía un hierro en el medio que hacía un poco incómodo el descanso si no conseguías coger una buena postura.

  Muy buena ubicación: andando llegas a todos los sitios de interés.
  Buena comunicación por whatsapp sobre la llegada y salida.
  Tiene todo lo necesario: baño completo, sofá, smart TV, comedor, cocina y habitación independiente.
  Buena relación calidad-precio.
  Silencioso al dar a un patio interior amplio.
  Permite perros.
  
  What could be improved: Climatización mejorable: hacía frío en la casa y la bomba de calor tardaba mucho en calentar la estancia.
  Armarios incómodos y viejos.
  Almohadas incómodas.
