Honestly, when I first walked up to this place on Reyes Católicos, I wasn’t sure what to expect – the entrance is tucked into one of those gorgeous old Sevillian buildings that look like they’ve been standing since Columbus was planning his routes. But wow, once you get inside, it’s like stepping into someone’s incredibly stylish home rather than a typical rental.

The flat itself is actually quite spacious for Old Town standards, and I mean that – you know how these historic quarters can be, with rooms the size of closets. Not here though. The two bedrooms are properly sized, and there’s this beautiful living area where the original architectural details (think exposed beams and those thick walls that keep things blissfully cool) blend seamlessly with modern touches. What really got me was the attention to detail… I’m talking about things like quality linens that don’t feel like sandpaper, a kitchen that’s actually equipped for more than just heating up coffee, and windows that frame views of the narrow cobblestone streets perfectly. The bathroom situation is solid too – good water pressure, which honestly can be hit or miss in these old buildings.

Location-wise, you’re right in the heart of everything that matters in Sevilla. The Cathedral is literally a five-minute stroll (I timed it), and you can practically hear the horses clip-clopping past with their tourist carriages – though it’s not annoyingly loud, more like charming background noise. What I loved most was being so close to all those tiny tapas bars that tourists never find because they’re too busy following their guidebooks to the obvious spots. Plus, you’re walking distance from the river, which is perfect for evening strolls when the heat finally breaks. Fair warning though – parking is basically nonexistent on this street, so if you’re driving, plan to use one of the public garages nearby. The check-in was refreshingly smooth, and the owner actually gave me some solid recommendations for places to eat that weren’t just the usual tourist traps. I stayed during late spring, and while the Old Town gets pretty bustling during the day, evenings were lovely and peaceful. For the price point and that 9.2 rating, it totally delivers – this feels like the kind of place where you actually live in Sevilla for a few days rather than just passing through.

    The pictures do not do this flat justice. The rooms were elegant and yet comfortable with lots of space, light and amenities. The extra touch of drinks and snacks was particularly thoughtful The host was easy to contact and very helpful at every point. The location was ideal. Overall would stay here again and again.

    This was a spacious and elegantly furnished property in a great location just 15 minutes walk from Cathedral and Real Alcazar. The beds were amazingly comfortable, air conditioning very quiet and the proportions of the apartment palatial. Provision of generous, high quality breakfast items were a real bonus.

    What could be improved: There was nothing not to like about this apartment although it was a little difficult to find from the instructions given and we ended up parking in public carpark as free parking space provided was very tight for a larger vehicle.

    Great location, excellent host, spotlessly clean, breakfast items left were lovely, beds comfortable. Apartment gives you a feel for what it would be like to live in the centre of Seville, also being close to lovely Tapas and other restaurants.

    Only small downside is that the on site parking space was a little too small for our car (DS4). But the nearest public parking garage was a very short walk away and parking prices are not too crazy in Seville.

    Centrally located and fully equipped! Extremely clean and comfortable and our host was fantastic. Very accommodating and made everything easy. Special touches like coffee, milk, breads and fruits to help us get settled. Loved it.

    The location of the apartment was great for seeing the sights .Places to eat and drink on your doorstep and a short walk into the main part of the city so no car necessary ! Supermarket across the street . The apartment was lovely and clean with a lot of extras provided. ( Kitchen roll, shampoo, soap etc ) and we felt very safe. The hosts were very kind and very helpful with excellent communication . We had a wonderful time in Seville and would stay again if returned.
