You know what surprised me most about this place? Walking up Calle Gerona – which honestly looks pretty unremarkable from street level – and then stepping into what feels like a completely different world. The “Luxury loft en el centro” isn’t kidding around with that name. I mean, the moment you get inside, you’re dealing with these soaring ceilings and industrial-chic details that somehow still feel warm and lived-in, not like some sterile showroom.
The location is actually perfect if you want to be in the thick of Sevilla’s old town without dealing with the absolute chaos of the tourist strips. Calle Gerona puts you close enough to walk to the Cathedral and Alcázar in about ten minutes, but you’re tucked away from the worst of the crowds and those aggressive flamenco restaurant touts. Plus – and this matters if you’re visiting in summer – the narrow streets here catch some decent shade during the brutal afternoon hours. I noticed quite a few locals using this area as a shortcut, which is always a good sign that you’re somewhere real rather than just tourist-land.
The loft itself has this interesting thing going on where it feels spacious but not empty, if that makes sense. There’s actual character in the space – exposed brick, carefully chosen lighting that creates these nice warm pools at night, and honestly some of the most comfortable bedding I’ve encountered in Spain. The kitchen area is genuinely functional too, not just for show, which I appreciated since eating out every meal in Sevilla can get expensive fast. What really got me though was the attention to small details. Like, the shower has proper water pressure (not a given in historic buildings), and there are enough outlets placed where you actually need them. Someone clearly thought about how people really use a space.
Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward key-passing dance you sometimes get with apartment rentals. The host actually knew the neighborhood well enough to give me specific recommendations, like which tapas place on nearby Calle Amor de Dios has the best montaditos (she was right), and warned me that the church bells from Santa Catalina are charming but definitely audible in the early morning. I mean, we’re talking about the old town of Sevilla here, so if you need perfect silence, maybe reconsider. But the ambient sound level was actually pretty reasonable for the location.
Honestly, with a 9.3 rating, I was expecting to find something wrong just to balance things out, but the place really does deliver on what it promises. It’s genuinely luxurious without being pretentious, and the location gives you that authentic Sevilla experience without sacrificing comfort. If you’re the type who wants to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it, this spot nails that balance perfectly.

This modern, exceptionally equipped apartment was spotless and perfectly located in the Old Town—within walking distance of most attractions. A huge bonus was the free parking at the garage nearby. It really feels like a luxury stay!

This was a great apartment- instructions clearly describe how to access and it was quiet. It is only a few minutes walk to Setas de Seville and during our stay we walked to most of the sights of Seville, Calle Sierpes and Plaza de Espana. Instructions for getting into the apartment was clear and very easy.
Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. with large TV for relaxing after the days activity. We enjoyed making breakfast a couple of mornings even though there is a cafe and bakery within a few minutes walk. The bed was comfortable and there was extra bedding and plenty of towels.
We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again

A great little apartment, right in the center of Sevilla, but on a quiet street. It’s got everything a traveller would need, its clean, spacious and stylish. The provided parking is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. We were very happy with it and would definitely stay again.

This beautiful loft apartment made everything even better.
The location is great for walking, close to “Las Setas,” and if you have a car, parking is included in the price.
I recommend following all the instructions once you check in!

El apartamento es un bajo, en una zona bastante tranquila, donde hay ambiente y no se escuchaba mucho ruido por la noche.
Bastante modernito, camas cómodas, baños bien, cocina completa y baño abajo también, bastante bien.
La ubicación por ejemplo a la zona de las setas son 3 mins, a la zona de la catedral unos 15 mins y a Triana unos 20-25 mins, asique bastante bien.
What could be improved: El olor a humedad es extremadamente fuerte.. según entras y aunque abras las ventanas es super fuerte.. Las sábanas estaban húmedas precisamente por eso, por la cantidad de humedades que hay, que para dos noches pues bueno pero sí que es demasiado peculiar y a tenerlo en cuenta para mejorarlo.
