You know what hit me first about Magno Apartments Fabiola? The address itself – Calle Fabiola is this narrow little street that feels like Seville’s best-kept secret, even though you’re literally in the heart of everything. I mean, you step out the door and you’re already breathing in that Old Town atmosphere, with the Cathedral bells actually reaching you here (not just as background noise like in some places).

The building itself has this understated elegance that I honestly wasn’t expecting from the name. Sure, “luxury house” sounds a bit over the top, but when you’re inside one of these apartments, it makes sense. The spaces feel genuinely lived-in rather than sterile – there’s proper kitchen equipment that works, beds that don’t creak, and those little touches like decent lighting for reading and outlets where you actually need them. The bathrooms have this modern tile work that somehow doesn’t clash with the building’s older bones, which is trickier than it sounds in Seville’s historic center.

What really sold me on this place, though, was discovering how walkable everything becomes from here. Plaza de Armas is close enough that you can actually use it for day trips without the usual tourist-area taxi drama, and – this is key – you can walk back from dinner in Santa Cruz without feeling like you’re trekking across the city. The side streets around Calle Fabiola stay pretty quiet at night too, which matters if you’re trying to sleep with windows open during the warmer months. I watched a few guests come and go during my stay, and the check-in process looked smooth even for people arriving later in the evening, though I’d still recommend coordinating arrival times since it’s not a traditional hotel front desk situation. Honestly, with a 9.4 rating, you can tell they’ve figured out most of the details that usually frustrate travelers – the kind of stuff that only shows up after you’ve actually unpacked and tried to live in a space for a few days.

  The host was very friendly. The apartment is MASSIVE with MASSIVE rooms and bathrooms. Very well equipped. We didn’t need anything that wasn’t there. The location is impeccable. 5 mns walk from every landmark.

  Wow. Everything was exceptional.
  A very unique property. We were not expecting it to be as beautiful or as big!
  Location was spot on, in the heart of the old town. Every room had its own stunning ensuite with finishes of a very high quality.
  The beds, linen and pillows all super comfortable.
  We loved our stay and if/when we return I would not hesitate to stay again.
  
  Our original booking was cancelled due to an electrical issue at the last minute, as it turned out a blessing for us.
  This apartment was a little over our nightly budget so didn’t come up in our search.
  What a difference that little bit extra gave us. We loved our stay Thank you 🥰

  We had a wonderful stay at Fabiola Luxury House in Seville. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The location in the old town is perfect—right in the heart of Seville, making it easy to walk to many sights, restaurants, and charming local spots. The property itself is unique and beautifully designed. Each of the four bedrooms was equally spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for our group. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process so easy. Highly recommend this beautiful property!
  
  What could be improved: One thing to note is that the luggage lift wasn’t working, which made navigating the narrow stairs across the three levels a bit tricky with suitcases.

  Big beds, great showers, effective aircon. Well equipped. Nice to have the little roof terrace too. Communication was good about things to do, places to visit.
  
  What could be improved: Another hairdryer would have been useful. And there was no guidance about rubbish disposal. No house information within the house itself but I suspect if we had asked we would have received answers as communication was generally very good.

  Perfect for a family to stay! Central location but minimal noise. The rooms are clean and beautifully maintained. The aircon is strong!
  Check in was easy and no fuss!
  
  What could be improved: A bit of Ants crawling around on the ground floor, which is understandable for old house. Got sprayed once I raised the issue.
  The luggage lift took us a bit of time to figure out how to use it. On the last day of the staying, it worked for us.

  Clean, spacious, well maintained – we were 2 singles and 1 couple so each had our own bedroom and bathroom with one to spare! All rooms were equivalent so there was no better space than the other – just depended how many flights of stairs you wanted to climb. Location was perfect -very central to restaurants and shops.
  
  What could be improved: Eating/ living area was on the bottom floor and kitchenette was on the floor above. We never prepared a full meal so we really did not have much of an issue but still we had to carry our food to the bottom level to sit down. Also we were advised not to use the elevator so getting luggage up and down 2-3 flights was a challenge. Sleeping quarters were wonderful!

  Excellent location!! Great setup with 4 rooms and bathrooms, showers in each. Clean and beautiful!
  
  What could be improved: No curtains in the bedrooms so sun comes in bright and early. Had to flip the switch in circuit box for the lift each time after a few uses. Small concerns but worth it! Great rental!!
