You know what struck me first about Magno Apartments Feria 132? It’s actually tucked into this gorgeous old building that feels authentically Sevillian without trying too hard. I mean, you’re literally on Feria street in the heart of the old town – and if you don’t know Feria, it’s this bustling local street where you’ll find the famous Thursday flea market (El Jueves) practically at your doorstep. The building itself has that weathered limestone look that screams centuries of history, but once you’re inside, it’s clear they’ve done the renovations right. The lobby has these beautiful tiles – not the touristy azulejos you see everywhere, but more subtle geometric patterns that feel genuinely local.
The apartments themselves are honestly impressive for a 4-star place. I stayed in one of the larger units and was surprised by how much natural light poured in through those tall windows (typical of Andalusian architecture, really). The kitchen was actually functional – not just a mini-fridge and hot plate situation – which matters if you’re staying more than a couple nights. What I loved was how they’ve kept original details like the wooden ceiling beams while adding modern touches that actually work. The air conditioning is powerful enough for those brutal Seville summers, and the WiFi reaches every corner of the apartment, which… well, you’d be surprised how many places in the old quarter struggle with that. One thing worth noting – the street can get lively during market days and weekends, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. You’re staying in a real neighborhood, not some sanitized hotel bubble.
The location is where this place really shines, though. You’re a five-minute walk from the Alameda de Hércules, which has become this amazing nightlife and dining hub that most tourists completely miss. La Macarena basilica is practically around the corner – I mean, you can see it from some of the apartment windows. And here’s something the booking sites don’t tell you: there’s this incredible little bakery called El Horno de la Feria just two doors down that opens at 7 AM with the most perfect tostada con tomate. The staff at Magno actually recommended it during check-in, which tells you they know their neighborhood. Getting to the major sights is easy too – the Cathedral and Alcázar are maybe a 15-minute walk through winding streets that are honestly more interesting than the destinations themselves. Parking can be tricky (it’s the old town, after all), but they have arrangements with a nearby garage, and the staff was genuinely helpful about logistics without being pushy about it. With an 8.7 rating, I’d say they’ve earned it – this feels like staying in Seville, not just visiting it.

Great Location, very clean nicely presented apartment, good sun terrace, host sent lots of useful info regarding the area along with tips for restaurants/bars, easy access into the apartment with code.Would highly recommend a stay at this apartment if visiting Seville, we were more than happy with our stay here.
