You know what struck me first about Magno Apartments Príncipe? The location is absolutely perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Seville rather than just visiting it. It’s right on Avenida de la República Argentina in Triana – and honestly, staying in Triana instead of the touristy center is one of those insider moves that makes all the difference. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Guadalquivir riverbank, where locals go for their evening paseos, and the whole neighborhood has this authentic Sevillano vibe that you just don’t get near the cathedral.

The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious – I mean, we’re talking actual living spaces, not cramped hotel rooms. The kitchenette situation is legit too, which matters when you want to grab some jamón ibérico and manchego from the market and have a proper Spanish breakfast on your own terms. The building feels modern but not sterile, if that makes sense, and the soundproofing is actually decent (something you’ll appreciate since Triana can get lively, especially during feria season). What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to keep that residential feel while still providing proper hotel services – there’s a front desk when you need it, but it doesn’t feel like you’re constantly being managed.

Here’s the thing about this location that most people don’t realize until they’re there: you’re positioned perfectly between two worlds. Cross the Isabel II bridge and you’re in five minutes at the Maestranza bullring or wandering through Santa Cruz’s narrow streets. But stay on the Triana side and you’ve got the real deal – the ceramic workshops along Calle San Jorge, the morning buzz at the Triana market, and tapas bars where you’ll actually hear Spanish being spoken instead of English and German. The neighborhood gets wonderfully quiet in the afternoons (perfect for those essential Andalusian siestas), then comes alive again around 9 PM when people start their evening routines. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street, but there are underground options nearby, and honestly, once you’re settled in, you won’t want to drive anywhere anyway – everything worth seeing is either walkable or a quick tram ride away. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s one of those places where all the little details just work together to create something that feels effortless, even though you know a lot of thought went into making it that way.

  Initially difficult to get into the building.. Instructions should have been clearer, but we got there with assistance from the man at the reception and via messaging.
