You know what caught me off guard about Magno Apartments Pureza? I expected just another apartment rental, but this place actually feels like someone put real thought into making travelers comfortable. It’s tucked away on Calle Santísimo Cristo de las Tres Caidas – honestly, don’t worry about pronouncing that street name, even locals just point and gesture – but the location is pure gold if you want to experience Seville like you actually live here.

The thing about staying in Triana is that you’re basically living in the neighborhood that most tourists never really discover. I mean, they’ll cross the Isabel II bridge for a quick look around, snap some photos of the ceramic shops, then head back to the cathedral area. But when you’re staying at Magno, you wake up to the sound of actual Sevillanos going about their morning routines, not tour groups. There’s this little bakery about two minutes away where the guy behind the counter started recognizing me after three days – that’s the kind of authenticity you get here. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious (Spanish apartments can be… cozy, let’s say), and whoever designed them understood that travelers need decent Wi-Fi, proper lighting, and kitchen space that’s actually usable. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night, which honestly can’t be said for every place I’ve stayed in Andalusia.

What really sold me on this place was how it sits right in the heart of everything without feeling touristy. You can walk to the Guadalquivir river in about three minutes, and crossing into the main city center takes maybe ten minutes on foot – but here’s the thing, you probably won’t want to rush back to the “tourist zone” because Triana has this amazing evening energy. The tapas bars around here serve locals, not tour groups, so the prices are reasonable and the food is actually what Sevillanos eat. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the light in this neighborhood is incredible, especially in late afternoon when it hits those traditional white buildings. The staff at Magno seem to get that they’re not just renting apartments – they’re sort of unofficial ambassadors for the neighborhood. They’ll point you toward the ceramic workshops that are still family-run, or tell you which flamenco venues are authentic versus the ones that are basically dinner theater. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you experience it – it’s not perfect (the street can get a bit lively on weekend nights, and parking requires some local knowledge), but it delivers on creating a genuine Seville experience rather than just providing a place to sleep between monument visits.

    The property had keyless entry -through lock codes on the main door and apartment door. So no fear of losing keys which was great and it was very easy to check in and out.

    Absolutely amazing apartment! The beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The highlight was definitely the terrace with a private rooftop pool — such a perfect spot to unwind after long day of sightseeing. The apartment had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location — close to great restaurants, bars, the old town, and beautiful parks. The host was wonderful: friendly, responsive, and really helpful with recommendations. Would 100% stay here again!

    Great location in Triana. Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. We didn't have time to use the roof terrace but nice to have access to the sun during the winter season. Excellent communication with the hosts.

    What could be improved: Very little space to prepare food. Maybe the kettle/coffee machine/toaster could have a separate station to free up space next to the hob. We didn't use the dishwasher as we were only 2 people, a towel for drying dishes would be good to have. A bit of passing noise late at night due to location.

    We loved our stay! Well-designed 2 bedroom apartment with everything needed (towels, sheets, bath products, heating, seasoning products, cleaning products, Netflix…) Very good location in Triana with a super cute balcony on the street and very confortable beds. Easy to access the old town by crossing the bridge.
    Supermarket, pharmacy, food Mercado and Public parking at the end of the street.

    What could be improved: It is true that there is a little smell in the building but we were not affected (flat on first floor)
    It can be noisy but the location is worth it
    Also, it is easy to check in with the digital code but you have to make sure that the door is closed after otherwise it opens easily

    We stayed at Magno for 4 nights, the apartment was new, the bed and pillows were comfortable, towels were new, soft and nice smell, there were also shampoo and shower gels. The most thing I like was the bed.

    What could be improved: What I didn’t like is the handle of hand towel was next to toilet bowl and it touched the toilet bowl so I had to fold it double and handed it there and the problem was resolved. It was only small thing and the rest was good.
