Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first turned onto Calle Rosario – it’s one of those narrow cobblestone streets where you’re not even sure a car could fit through. But then you realize that’s exactly what makes this place special. The Magno Apartments suite sits right in the heart of Seville’s old town, and I mean the actual heart, not some tourist-trap version of it.

The apartment itself is… well, it’s basically what you’d get if someone took a traditional Andalusian building and gave it a really thoughtful modern makeover. The space feels bigger than you’d expect (these old buildings can be surprisingly roomy once you get past the narrow staircases), and everything’s been done with this sort of understated elegance that doesn’t try too hard. But honestly? The private terrace is what sold me completely. You know how most “terraces” in old town apartments are basically glorified fire escapes? This one’s actually usable – I spent most evenings up there with a bottle of wine, watching the sunset paint the cathedral spires orange. You can hear the church bells from Santa Catalina just a few blocks away, and there’s something about that sound echoing off the ancient walls that just… gets to you.

What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to keep the authentic feel without sacrificing comfort. The stone walls stay cool even during those brutal Seville summers (and trust me, July here is no joke), but they’ve got proper air conditioning for when even the stones give up. The kitchen’s well-equipped too – I mean, you’re surrounded by incredible tapas bars, but sometimes you just want to grab some jamón and cheese from the market on Calle Feria and eat it on your own terrace, you know? Speaking of location, you’re maybe a three-minute walk from the cathedral, but more importantly, you’re right in the middle of the real neighborhood life. There’s this tiny bakery around the corner where the locals go for their morning coffee – no English menu, just perfect cortados and the kind of pastries that disappear by 10 AM. The whole area comes alive in the evenings when the temperature drops and everyone emerges for their paseo. Parking’s going to be interesting if you’ve got a car (honestly, just don’t), but the trade-off is that you can walk to basically everything worth seeing in the old quarter. I never felt like I was staying in a tourist bubble – more like I’d borrowed someone’s really nice apartment in the best possible neighborhood.

  Perfect location. Everything is within 10 min walk. Apartment is clean. Bed is comfortable. Beautiful historical building.

  Location was fantastic.Apartment was comfortable and had plenty of essential equipment although no oven only a microwave and hotplate.
  
  What could be improved: The instructions for the keys and gate on arrival was a little confusing but we figured it out and however on a positive note when I messaged asking a question somebody arrived 10mins later to answer and explain things. The key to the main door downstairs was a little stiff and difficult to open so was always nervous that it wouldn't open.

  Really lovely little apartment in a great location. The street was quiet, but it was a short walk away from pretty much everything in Seville! Restaurants, bars, cafes and shops virtually on the doorstep. There is a lift, or you can use the beautiful staircase up to the second floor. It was clean, bright, comfortable and well equipped. Very happy they had memory foam pillows! There were also black out blinds in the bedroom, a spacious terrace over looking a courtyard, and air-con. The host kindly offered to meet us at the apartment but we had already arrived early and followed the instructions to get in (using a link on your phone) which were sent to us the day before. Very happy with our choice and would absolutely return – thank you!
  
  What could be improved: It was sometimes tricky to get the shower to the right temperate…. no big deal!

  Flat was gorgeous- lovely balcony- great kitchen area- well stocked with toiletries etc- incredible location (5min walk from the cathedral) – really quiet
  
  What could be improved: Only problem we had was we should have filled in a check in online form which we hadn’t received – this did cause issues but the hosts were amazing at helping sort it out

  The best thing about the apartment it was the balcony outside it was really nice in the evening and much better than the pictures.
  
  What could be improved: One of the things they need to improve is the It's the heater because the water was too hot or very cold. Another thing I hated was the fact that we were being watched by other neighbours and even took pictures of our hanging towels (he stayed there for a few minutes) for the owner. Too unpleasant to be honest.
