Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first walked down Calle de Santa Clara – it’s this narrow cobblestone street that feels like you’ve stepped back about 400 years, which I mean, you basically have. The Magno Apartments are tucked right into the heart of Seville’s old town, and when I say heart, I’m talking about being so close to the cathedral that you can actually hear the bells throughout the day (don’t worry, they’re not annoying – more like a gentle reminder that you’re somewhere pretty special).
What really got me was stepping into one of these apartments after wandering those ancient streets all day. The contrast is sort of perfect – you’ve got these modern, spacious units with private terraces, and then there’s the jacuzzi situation which, let’s be real, feels almost ridiculous in the best way possible. Picture this: you’re soaking in your own little hot tub while looking out over terracotta rooftops and church spires. The terraces aren’t huge, but they’re thoughtfully designed, and honestly, after walking around Seville all day (and you will walk everywhere here), that jacuzzi hits different. I found myself using it way more than I expected, especially in the evenings when the temperature drops and the whole city takes on this golden glow.
The location thing is tricky to explain without sounding like every other travel description, but here’s what actually matters – you’re maybe a three-minute walk from the cathedral, which means you’re also close to the Alcázar, the main shopping area, and basically every tapas bar worth visiting. But here’s the thing locals know: being this central usually means dealing with crowds and noise, especially during peak season. The Magno manages to avoid most of that because Calle de Santa Clara is just off the main tourist drag – close enough that you can stumble home after too much Cruzcampo, but quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well. Parking is basically impossible on the street (this is old Seville, after all), but there are a couple of public garages within walking distance if you’re driving. The 4-star rating feels about right – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but everything works well, the apartments are clean and modern, and the staff actually seems to care about making your stay good rather than just adequate. That 8.8 rating makes sense when you factor in the terrace and jacuzzi situation – I mean, where else are you going to find that kind of setup right in the old town? It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay because leaving that terrace feels like giving up something you didn’t know you needed.

Super nice , well located , comfortable
What could be improved: The check in was complex, no physical staff anywhere . This happens more and more in Europe . Loved the private jacuzzi and terrace. It was a nice place to relax with a coffee in the morning. We loved the nice large bath towels.

Apartment was very stylish and clean. It was easy to access the apartment with the doorcodes. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have two bathrooms. It was quiet in the apartment block so we had great nights sleep in the comfy beds.

Such a lovely stay, very clean and well cared for. The jacuzzi was in good condition and it was very privet and perfect for us. The bed was really comfortable and we where provided with free coffee pods.

Beautiful apartment! Very comfortable with all we needed. We had an issue with the jacuzzi but it was fixed promptly by one of the agents. Be careful for parking, it is very hard to find.

The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed included. Particularly good for two couples as there are two ‘wings’ to the apartment with the bedrooms and bathrooms separated by the living space. There is a square a 3 minute walk away with plenty of bars and restaurants along with a supermarket.
