Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name makes it sound like some sterile design hotel, but honestly, it’s got way more personality than that. Yeah, it’s modern and clean-lined, but there’s something actually livable about it – I mean, you can tell someone put thought into making it feel like a real apartment rather than just another rental box.
The location is pretty brilliant if you know Seville at all. Calle Puente y Pellón sits right in that sweet spot where you’re definitely in the old town but not dealing with the tourist chaos around the cathedral every morning. Las Setas (those weird mushroom structures) are literally a few minutes’ walk, which is great because that whole area has some of the best tapas bars that locals actually go to – not just the ones with English menus, you know? I found myself walking past the same churros stand every morning on my way to explore, and by day three the guy was nodding hello. That’s the kind of neighborhood rhythm you get here.
The apartment itself is exactly what it promises – two bedrooms that actually fit real furniture, not those cramped spaces where you’re climbing over the bed to reach the window. The bathroom’s modern without being cold, and honestly, after a day of walking Seville’s cobblestones, having a proper shower with good water pressure matters more than you’d think. What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup – it’s not just for show. I grabbed ingredients from the Mercado de Feria (about a ten-minute walk) and actually cooked a couple of meals instead of eating out every night, which your wallet will thank you for in a city where dinner doesn’t even start until 9 PM.
The building’s got that classic Andalusian thing going on – thick walls that keep things cool even when it’s blazing outside, which if you’re visiting between May and September, trust me, you’ll need. It’s quiet too, surprisingly so for being right in the historic center. I mean, you’ll hear the occasional late-night reveler, but nothing like what you’d get if you stayed closer to the main tourist strips. Check-in was straightforward – they actually met me at the apartment, showed me how everything worked, and gave me those insider tips you can’t get from Google (like which grocery store stays open late and where to find parking if you’re crazy enough to drive in Seville’s old town).
The 8.5 rating makes sense when you experience it – it’s not trying to be fancy, just genuinely comfortable and well-located. If you’re the type who wants to feel like you’re living in Seville for a few days rather than just passing through, this works really well. Plus, having two bedrooms means you can spread out or travel with friends without everyone being on top of each other. Just book early if you’re coming during Easter or the April Fair – this kind of authentic setup in the old town gets snapped up fast.

Perfect localisation, everything within walking distance, elevator in the building, air-condition and heating in the flat. Comfotrable and clean appartment.
What could be improved: Noise from outside (but you have to consider that because the flat is in the very center of the old town)Vilma from United Kingdom – 2 December 2024 (9/10)
It was truly a fantastic experience. The property boasts an excellent location, just steps away from the iconic Metropol Parasol and within easy walking distance of other major attractions like the Seville Cathedral and the Alcázar. It was the perfect base for exploring the vibrant city.
The property itself is charming. The decor was tasteful, and every detail seemed thoughtfully considered to enhance the guest experience.
The host was very attentive and provided helpful tips on local restaurants and attractions, which added a personal touch to our stay.
What could be improved: The only downside was some noise from the street at night, which may be worth considering if you’re a light sleeper. However, it didn’t take away too much from an otherwise wonderful stay.Ákos from Hungary – 20 May 2024 (9/10)
Excellent location, friendly host and well equipped apartmant.
What could be improved: Bed is only 140cm wide, but all the rest was fineNadia from Austria – 6 April 2024 (9/10)
Clean, comfortable, central and very spacious
What could be improved: We were 3 people and there was not enough hot water for us to’ take 3 showers in a rowEmma from Ireland – 19 March 2024 (9/10)
Great location, very close to the Setas. Beds were comfy and shower always had hot water.
Loads of great cafes and restaurants near by.
Nice balconies to sit and relax with a drink in the evening.
What could be improved: A bit noisy early in the morning but with such a good location that can't be helped.Anita from United Kingdom – 29 May 2023 (9/10)
What could be improved: I would love if the roof terrace had somewhere that had sun loungers to lie out in the sun for a while
Scott from United States – 6 May 2024 (9/10)
The location was wonderful. It was easy to walk to everything. The apartment was clean, comfy, and spacious for 2-3 people.
What could be improved: You can hear the neighbors around the apartment and the busy alley below. I highly recommend a white noise machine or app on your phone.Angela from United Kingdom – 1 December 2023 (7/10)
Good location. Company was easy to contact if there were any questions.
What could be improved: Cooker was so complicated that we didn't use it. I downloaded the instructions and still couldn't useDivya from United States – 10 May 2025 (4/10)
Great location . Good for two people.
What could be improved: Very bad management company .
Wrong amenities advertised.
Not even soap for handwash in the bathroom. Not enough toiletries for two people for 5 days.
Microwave not working though its light turned on but never could heat the food.
No extra trash bag so had to buy our own.
No electronic keys to enter.
Tv had no channel or program to watch so was useless.
It was a fair /Féria time so taxis were busy.
Drivers had a language problem so it was difficult to talk to them directly specially when taxis could not come to the door step. The management refused to help to book it for us whereas my other friends who were stating on San Francisco plaza area got the taxi booked not only for themselves but for us by their owner. They had Netflix and other tv channels working, dishwasher , microwave , etc all for the same price!
This place is not worth the price !Luca from Italy – 4 May 2025 (8/10)
Ottima posizione nel centro di Siviglia
What could be improved: Un po' troppo rumore di notte per la pulizia della strada e la mattina presto per l'apertura dei negozi
