Honestly, when I first walked into this three-bedroom apartment on Plaza Chapina, I wasn’t expecting much – I mean, it’s a rental in the heart of Triana, so I figured it’d be pretty standard. But you know what? This place actually surprised me. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed apartment than some sterile vacation rental. The space is genuinely comfortable, with that lived-in quality that makes you want to kick off your shoes and settle in for more than just a night or two.

What really got me was the location – and I don’t mean that in the typical “convenient location” way that every hotel claims. Plaza Chapina sits right in the thick of Triana’s daily rhythm, which means you’re literally steps from some of the best ceramics workshops in Seville (the neighborhood’s famous for them), and the morning sounds are this lovely mix of shopkeepers opening up and locals heading to the Mercado de Triana for their daily shopping. The apartment’s windows actually face the plaza, so you get this authentic slice of neighborhood life that most tourists never see. I spent way too many mornings just watching the whole scene unfold with my coffee.

The three bedrooms are well thought out – actually spacious enough that you’re not bumping into each other constantly, which let’s be honest, can make or break a group trip. The kitchen’s properly equipped too, not just the bare minimum you usually get with vacation rentals. I ended up cooking a few meals because, well, the Mercado de Triana is right there and the produce looked too good to resist. Plus, eating out every meal in Seville gets expensive fast. The whole place has this fresh, clean vibe (hence the “Minty” name, I guess) without feeling sterile or impersonal. There’s decent WiFi, the air conditioning actually works – important in Seville summers, trust me – and check-in was surprisingly smooth for a smaller operation. The only minor thing I’d mention is that weekend nights can get a bit lively since you’re right in the plaza, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. You’re in Triana, not some quiet suburb. If you want dead silence, this probably isn’t your spot, but if you want to feel like you’re actually living in one of Seville’s most authentic neighborhoods for a few days, then yeah, this works really well.

  Clean, airy apartment, as described. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good linen and good bath/showers. Plenty of storage space and, unusually, enough good quality hangers! Location in Triana was great, close to the centre – it was possible to walk everywhere. Triana is a buzzing neighbourhood with several good restaurants close by plus the fantastic market. The Seville bus station is also close, just across the river.
  
  What could be improved: Toaster did not work and the sound came through from the apartment above when they were particularly noisy.

  I liked the size of the apartment and it was nicely presented. I enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The staff were kind enough to extend check out which worked really well for our flight times.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing i would mention was that there were quite a lot of ants….which we didnt mention to the staff as it wasnt a big deal but noticeable.
  It was a bit inconvienient to have the power going out quite a few times on the last two days whilst cooking but again the staff were helpful in getting back to us with a solution.

  The property was in a great location to get to many of the attractions, and some superb restaurants very near
  The people who run the apartment were very kind and allowed us a late check out which was much appreciated and the communication from them was absolutely fantastic.
  They sent us a list of restaurants to try and all the ones we tried that were sent were excellent. Well done!
  
  What could be improved: Maybe the bathroom needs updating.
  If the oven is on and any other appliances are put on this trips out the electric in the kitchen.
  Oven gloves are needed in the kitchen but none of the above would stop us from staying there again if we were in Seville

  Lots of room! Great location and the young woman who met us by the name of Patricia was lovely and helped us greatly. When messaging the property manager we received very prompt replies. I would recommend it for your stay in Sevilla.
  
  What could be improved: They could have given more supplies like coffee, dishwasher detergent and clothes washer detergent. We also had a small issue with little ants in the kitchen. We had the power go out one night but my husband was able to flip some breakers and get it back on.

  What could be improved: The apartment is in a very bad condition. No remodelling for a long time. The smell in the apartment is awfully, old dirt and mold. Old dirt everywhere. Appliances broken (broken doors to ancient dish washer, hardly working washing machine from another decade). Not working at all kitchen stove – not able to prepare meals – however because of the discounting smell you're not hungry anymore. The beds had bedbugs who had bitten our child. Be aware. The host informed us about construction in the flat half an hour before our arrival. We had hard time to communicate with host. Take into account that the parking is NOT in the same building.

  La ubicación está muy bien . El alojamiento muy limpio y muy arreglado. La comunicación excelente. Recomendable es muy buen lugar. Hemos quedado muy contentas.

  El espacio en toda la casa muy grande y luminoso con camas cómodas, armarios empotrados. La cocina con todos los elementos necesarios para que no eches nada en falta. Quizás eche en falta tacitas de café pero sin importancia. Buen cerramiento en las ventanas para los ruidos y muy buena ubicación.
  
  What could be improved: Un poco roñosos en el papel higiénico y faltaba recogedor para la basura. La ducha de la bañera no funcionaba bien y con el agua caliente hay que tener cuidado porque es cisterna y en la ducha diaria puede que se acabe.
  Un día se fue la luz. Algo de mal olor en el portal y escaleras pero eso no depende del apartamento que en general ha sido un acierto.
