You know what really got me about Minty Stay? The name’s a bit quirky, sure, but when you’re standing in that gorgeous three-bedroom apartment on Avenida de la Constitución, literally watching people walk into the Cathedral from your window – well, the location speaks for itself. I mean, you’re basically living on Seville’s main drag here, which sounds chaotic but actually works perfectly. The street’s wide enough that you don’t feel cramped, and honestly, being this close to the Cathedral means you can duck in for evening prayers or just admire the Giralda tower whenever you want without planning your whole day around it.

The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there, not like those sterile hotel rooms where everything’s beige and forgettable. Three proper bedrooms mean you’re not stepping over each other if you’re traveling with family or friends, and the kitchen – God, finally a place where you can make proper coffee in the morning instead of that hotel lobby stuff. I spent way too much time at the windows because the view’s just addictive, especially in the early morning when the light hits the Cathedral stones just right. The neighborhood comes alive around 8 AM when the shops start opening along Constitución, and you get this perfect mix of locals heading to work and tourists starting their day. Parking’s actually doable if you know about the underground garage near Plaza Nueva (about a three-minute walk), though honestly, once you’re here you won’t need the car much.

What really makes this place work is how it sits right in the thick of everything without feeling touristy, if that makes sense. You’ve got proper tapas bars within two blocks – not the ones with English menus and inflated prices, but places where locals actually eat. The noise level surprised me too; I expected it to be crazy loud being on such a central avenue, but the windows are solid and the street’s pedestrian-friendly enough that it’s more of a pleasant hum than traffic chaos. Check-in was smooth (they actually met us at the apartment, which beats hotel front desks), and the whole experience felt more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying somewhere commercial. With that 8.6 rating, you’re getting exactly what you’d hope for – nothing’s perfect, but the location alone makes up for any minor quirks. If you want to be in the absolute heart of Seville’s old town without sacrificing space or comfort, this is honestly one of the better calls you could make.

  Large apartment, clean and well equipped. Attentive host. Comfortable beds.
  
  What could be improved: Lift was broken as discovered on entry and apart is 3rd floor. staff were helpful to settle an early depart as per our wishes as we needed a lift. Also noisy in front bedroom and lounge as it was a long weekend so the mall outside was very busy.

  Fantastic location, the apartment is huge, we were a family of 5 and decor is per photos.
  
  What could be improved: One big issue however was the door on the street facing bedroom did not close properly. I contacted the hosts who suggested to ‘bang it’. They later came to fix it however the door still wasn’t closing fully leaving a visible gap and resulting in a lot of outside noise from the busy street below – my dad could not sleep for the duration of our stay here. Bathrooms and rooms could have felt a little cleaner.

  Location was great, very clean apartment with great facilities and extremely spacious! Five Guys was opposite us which closed at 1am, so was great for a quick midnight bite!
  
  What could be improved: There was very loud construction work for 2 days out of our day which started just before 8am, we were told the legal time to begin work in Spain was 8am and therefore could not do anything about it. Such a shame as we were here for a relaxing break but woken up by loud constant banging.
  
  Smart TV needs upgrading as it’s not very “smart”, very slow!

  The property is on the main route right next to cathedral noise all night long , people parting until 4am every night then the road sweepers and bin crew no sleep all week really needs proper double glazing as doors don’t shut properly

  Apartamento amplio con tres habitaciones espaciosas (dos tipo suite), con una situación inmejorable. Confortable y agradable. Ideal para seis personas (tres parejas). Comunicación directa via Whatsap con el staf, que solucionan cualquier problema en el menor tiempo posible.

  El apartamento es espectacular! Está en la misma puerta de la catedral, desde el balcón se puede ver. En la puerta hay una parada de taxi. Es muy amplio, las habitaciones y el salón son enormes. Tiene 3 baños, 2 de ellos dentro de las habitaciones. La limpieza es excelente y un chico nos dió la llaves y nos explicó. En todo momento están pendiente de ti por whatsapp. Sin duda, volveré!
