You know what struck me first about Misterhost La Florida? It’s tucked away on this narrow street in Nervión where you’d never expect to find something this good. I mean, Nervión isn’t exactly the postcard part of Seville – it’s more where actual sevillanos live and work – but that’s honestly part of the charm here. You’re getting a real slice of the city without the tourist chaos, and the metro station is literally around the corner if you want to hop over to the cathedral or Alcázar.

The whole place has this relaxed residential vibe that I wasn’t expecting from the photos. The pool area (which, let’s be honest, is why most people book this place) sits up on the terrace and catches the afternoon sun perfectly. I spent way too many hours up there with a book and some cerveza from the little market downstairs. What’s clever is how they’ve positioned everything – you get the sun when you want it, but there’s actual shade too, which in Seville’s summer heat is basically a lifesaver. The terrace overlooks the neighborhood’s rooftops, and you can catch glimpses of the Giralda in the distance if you crane your neck just right. It’s not a dramatic panoramic view or anything, but it feels authentically Seville in a way those fancy hotel terraces in the center sometimes don’t.

The rooms themselves are solid – clean, modern enough, with air conditioning that actually works (trust me, this matters in August). Nothing too fancy, but everything you need is there, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. I particularly liked how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re in the middle of the city. Nervión has this great quality where it settles down after dinner, unlike some areas where the partying goes until dawn. Check-in was smooth, staff spoke decent English mixed with patient Spanish, and they actually knew the neighborhood well enough to give proper restaurant recommendations – not just the obvious tourist spots. They pointed me toward this little tapas place on Calle Luis Montoto that I never would’ve found otherwise. The only minor thing is parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving, but honestly, in Seville you’re better off without a car anyway. The location really works – you’ve got the authentic neighborhood feel, easy transport links, and you’re close enough to walk to places like the shopping area around Plaza de Armas, but far enough away that you’re not paying centro histórico prices for everything. It’s the kind of place where you actually feel like you’re staying in Seville, not just visiting it.

  These apartments are like home from home. The hosts were so exceptional. My husband had health issues and they let us stay a few hours extra on the day we were leaving. These guys deserve 100 💯 per cent.

  Pristine property. We had been traveling around Spain for three weeks prior and this was the best of them all. Washer and drying rack were awesome to prepare for the next leg of our trip. Central location 15 minute walk to most sites. Excellent pool to cool off on after hot touring days. Perfectly equipped and super clean. Spacious and beautiful decor.

  Quiet, comfortable apartment on ground floor with easy access to the pool. Very conveniently located within easy walking distance of most sights you would want to see in Seville. Short, 15 minute, journey by taxi from and to the airport. Excellent accommodation for family of four.

  Well kept apartment. Terrace was lovely to sit out on, pool was closed this time of year but would be perfect in summer heat. Apartment building is very secure and safe feeling, close to major attractions such as real alcazar, cathedral, and Setas at around 15 minutes walk away in different directions. Central air conditioning, kitchen appliances, and TV works well. Supermarkets and cafes nearby. Would recommend.
  
  What could be improved: First bedroom with double bed and en suite perfect. Second bedroom with single bed is quite uncomfortable to sleep on, and is more suited to children. The single bed has another small pull out bed as part of it. The second bathroom could do with a shower curtain, however the en suite does have one if needed. Apartment perfect for a family but would not suit two couples. There was high traffic outside the building and was quite loud while trying to sleep, however this is common in the city.

  Casa accogliente e spaziosa, arredata molto bene e completa di tutto. Bellissimo il bagno in camera con la doccia grande. Posizione strategica: zona tranquilla e centro raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Accanto c’è un alimentare. Host molto gentile e disponibile.
  
  What could be improved: Nella stanza piccola il secondo letto singolo è estraibile e il materasso un po’ scomodo.
  Nel bagno con vasca manca tenda/vetro e appendi accappatoio.
