You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name makes it sound like some corporate rental, but honestly, it’s one of those hidden gems that locals probably wish tourists wouldn’t discover. The apartment sits right on Calle Pastor y Landero – and if you’re thinking “never heard of it,” well, that’s exactly the point. It’s this narrow cobblestone street that feels like stepping into old Seville, but without the crowds that swarm around the cathedral area just a few blocks away.
The space itself is actually pretty stunning – I mean, whoever designed this place understood that luxury doesn’t have to scream at you. The three bedrooms are generous (rare for European city centers), and the bathrooms have this modern spa vibe that feels indulgent after a day of wandering the Barrio Santa Cruz. What really got me though was sitting on the little balcony in the evening, listening to the sounds drift up from the street below – you’ll hear snippets of Spanish conversations, maybe some flamenco guitar from a nearby bar, and that particular echo that old stone buildings create. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to upload photos or actually get some work done.
Here’s the thing about the location that booking sites won’t tell you – you’re close enough to walk to the Alcázar in about eight minutes, but far enough from the main tourist strips that you can actually find a decent breakfast spot without fighting through selfie sticks. There’s this little café called Bar Modesto just around the corner where locals grab their morning coffee, and the woman behind the counter will remember your order by day three. Parking can be tricky (it’s old town Seville, what do you expect?), but there’s a public garage about two blocks away that won’t break the bank. The building itself has that lovely Andalusian architecture – thick walls that keep things cool during those brutal summer afternoons, though you’ll definitely want to time your arrival carefully during Semana Santa or the April Fair when the whole city goes a bit mad. Check-in was surprisingly smooth for a rental property, and they actually provide local recommendations that go beyond the obvious tourist stuff. The 9.1 rating makes sense once you’re there – it’s the kind of place that delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.

Very good location, clean and an attractive apartment. The area felt very safe.

Very clean, temps outside were in the 40s-50s, and the apartment was warm and comfortable. It was also walking distance from the Alcazar and the Cathedral. We also learned that in the Mercado nextdoor to our building, there were great tapas, coffee, and pastries. There was also a great laundry facility for washing and drying clothes.
What could be improved: On a bus, on the way to the apartment to meet Marta for the keys, we received a text that said because we were late (30 mins-which we alerted them to when our train was delayed in Granada) the property manager had put the keys to the apartment in a "key nest". We were given a code to retrieve the keys, and it was a twenty-five minute round trip walk to get them. What could be improved: Thin walls. You could hear the neighbors. We stayed for two weeks so I think a cleaning service should have been available. We did a lot of cooking I’m the excellent kitchen which could really benefit from a couple of bar stools. Good location, very spacious, newly refurbished. they met us promptly and showed us around the apartment. Gave us good recommendations for restaurants and tourist sights.
What could be improved: They told us to take out our own trash at the end of the stay, which was unexpected. The communal area smelled due to the humidity and no ventilation.
