You know what struck me first about this place? The moment you step through the door on Calle Socorro, you realize someone actually thought about how people live, not just how hotels are supposed to look. I mean, it’s got that sleek modern thing going on – clean lines, contemporary furniture that doesn’t scream “rental property” – but it feels like a real home where you could actually spread out and exist for more than a quick overnight.

The two-bedroom setup is honestly perfect if you’re traveling with family or friends who don’t want to be crammed into one room together. Both bathrooms are properly done too, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places skimp on the second one. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being right in the heart of Old Town – you’re literally a two-minute walk from the Cathedral, but the thick walls keep most of the tourist chatter at bay. The street itself is one of those narrow cobblestone affairs that feels authentically Sevillian without being too touristy, if that makes sense. There’s a little tapas bar around the corner that locals actually go to (not just the guidebook crowd), and you’ll hear Spanish conversations spilling out onto the street in the evenings.

Honestly, the location is what makes this place special. You can walk to basically everything that matters – the Alcázar, the Cathedral, those winding streets around Barrio Santa Cruz where you’ll inevitably get lost but won’t mind. But here’s the thing most people don’t realize: you’re also close enough to the river that you can escape the Old Town intensity when you need to. Sometimes after a day of sightseeing, you just want to walk along the Guadalquivir and decompress, you know? The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that’s hard to find in hotel rooms – a proper kitchen if you want to grab groceries from the Mercado del Arenal (about a ten-minute walk), and living spaces where you can actually relax instead of perching on the edge of a hotel bed. The 8.7 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Seville, but it nails the things that actually matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was doing one of those longer trips where you want to feel settled rather than just passing through.

    The apartment itself was brilliant and very clean and Modern.

    Perfect location as it wasn't far from the main central.

    What could be improved: The A/C in the bedrooms, as it was intermittent and during the night it would go on and off itself.

    The host met us at the property on arrival and made it possible for us to check in early. Everything was explained clearly and she was very prompt in replying when we needed additional information. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the main bedroom in particular was very spacious.

    What could be improved: There was an issue opening one of the doors onto the street in front.

    well decorated modern apartment with two comfortable bathrooms and bedrooms! It’s location is also good enough to walk everywhere in the city.

    What could be improved: – No elevator, be aware if you have heavy luggage
    – We have to take our garbage out by ourselves the night before we leave. this is not convenient since we will still generate rubbish the next morning.

    The apartment is situated in a quiet location outside of the immediate city centre, but there are many restaurants and shops in close proximity- for example a bakery which was open between 8-22 and was frequently visited. It is only a short walk from the old town, and in 20 minutes one can stand in the cathedral square. In terms of comfort the apartment is quite large with a decent kitchen, a sitting area consisting of a snug sofa and two plush chairs and a dining table with. It is agreeably decorated with pictures and some artificial plants. The bathrooms are relatively modern with a good balance between colours and patterns and sizeable showers. The master bedroom is large with both a comfy chair and writing desk, whereas the other bedroom is smaller but with a full wardrobe. The WiFi was acceptable, but maybe not suitable for heavy usage like video calls etc.

    What could be improved: There were no major flaws in the apartment, most of our objections were small details and a consequence of the wear and tear of many visitors over the years. One particular annoyance however was the sinks in both of the bathrooms were almost blocked. One should think the cleaning staff would have noticed this when cleaning the bathrooms. Another annoyance was the very poor selection of knives- although the kitchen had utensils and tools for cooking, two knives were practically unusable and the third was extremely blunt. It could also have been better information on which bins we were to use for our trash, that was not specified.

    great apartment, everything was excellent but the duvet cover of all beds and pillows cover were like didn’t dry completely. we remove them straight away. washing machine didn’t have the program to dry clothes. apart from that everything was ok. one night the electricity cut off but the team was really helpful.

    Overall the apartment appliances and furniture are of good quality.

    What could be improved: The problem is that the apartment feels very dark specially the bedrooms. I would recommend it only for a maximum of two nights we stayed 6 nights and I could not sleep well there. One can hear all what the neighbors from the apartment above do specially in the back bedroom.
