Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the listing for “Modern and wide- 1Bd 1Bth- Triana,” I almost scrolled past it. The name isn’t exactly poetic, you know? But actually staying here changed my mind completely about judging places by their booking titles. This apartment sits right on Calle Pages del Corro, which is basically the main artery running through Triana, and once you understand what that means for your Seville experience, you’ll get why this place has such stellar ratings.
Triana isn’t just another neighborhood – it’s the soul of Seville, honestly. Most tourists stick to the cathedral area and call it a day, but locals will tell you that crossing the Isabel II bridge into Triana is where the real city starts. From this apartment, you’re literally a two-minute walk to the ceramic workshops that have been here for centuries (I mean, you can actually hear the pottery wheels spinning if you open the windows in the morning). The famous Mercado de Triana is practically next door, and I’m talking about the kind of market where you buy jamón from the same family that’s been slicing it for three generations. Sure, Pages del Corro can get a bit lively in the evenings – there’s this constant hum of conversation drifting up from the tapas bars below – but it’s the good kind of noise that makes you feel like you’re actually living in Spain, not just visiting it.
What really sold me on this place, though, was stepping inside after walking those narrow, crowded streets. The apartment lives up to its “wide” promise in a way that’s genuinely surprising for this part of town. Most places in historic Seville feel like they were designed for people who were significantly shorter and owned way less stuff than we do today, but this one actually has room to spread out. The bedroom doesn’t make you choose between opening the closet or the window (trust me, this matters more than you think), and the living area has enough space that you’re not constantly bumping into furniture. The kitchen’s modern enough that you can actually cook if you want to – though honestly, with all the incredible food within walking distance, I mostly used it for morning coffee and storing leftovers from dinner adventures. One thing worth mentioning: the building’s entrance is a bit tricky to spot if you’re arriving after dark, especially if you’ve got luggage. It’s tucked between a couple of local bars, and the street numbers aren’t super obvious, but once you figure it out, you’ll appreciate being right in the thick of things rather than hidden away in some sterile hotel zone.

The apartment had everything we needed and more.
The landlord needed to access the property during our stay and we were contacted to explain the reason and for us to give permission for the landlord to enter. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Paulo contacted us via WhatsApp when our plane landed to arrange to meet for the keys. He was friendly, polite and very informative re local amenities.
He met us early to give us the keys.

Roomy 1bdrm apartment that was well equipped for a long stay vacation. Good, prompt communication with the management company.

The property is in a typical Andalusian building, the cleaning team did a very good job, the bed was very comfortable, the area where the accommodation is located is within walking distance of all attractions (about 20 min). Apart from the coffee machine, it was well equipped. I liked that the space is decorated with taste and attention to detail, even though there is room for many improvements. Communication with the person in charge of the property was very good.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, there is a constant smell of sewage, there was mold in a corner of the wall in the bedroom, for coffee there was only a slightly rusty Italian coffee machine and we preferred not to use it, the bathroom mirror is positioned very high and shorter ladies who prefer to do their makeup in the bathroom will have difficulty, the shower cabin is small and uncomfortable, the towels, although clean, could be changed because they are very thin, and the toiletries were insufficient for two people in five nights of accommodation. I haven't had to buy soap and shower gel in years, until now. I found it very strange to see two cameras on location. I covered them up on the third day I noticed them.
Another annoying thing was the noise. On weekdays someone would come to clean the inner courtyard at 6am and it was impossible to sleep. When you are on holiday you don't want to wake up that early.Castrogiovanni from United Kingdom – 14 April 2024 (7/10)

L'appartamento era pulito, fornito di tutto, accogliente e caldo. La posizione ottima, nel bellissimo e caratteristico quartiete di Triana, ma a due passi dal centro. Bellissimo il patio!
