What really struck me was the attention to comfort: the bed is genuinely good, the shower has proper water pressure, and there’s decent Wi-Fi throughout. Mornings here have this lovely rhythm — you can hear the city waking up through the windows, but it’s not overwhelming noise. The building’s quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well, which honestly surprised me given how central you are. There’s a small balcony where you can have your coffee and watch Seville come alive, and in the evenings, you’re perfectly positioned to wander out for dinner without any planning.   Nice apartment close to the city center in a quiet area. Well equipped, we had everything we needed

  Location was perfect only 15 minutes walk away from center. The apartment was okay overall, but there were a few issues. For example, the sponge for washing dishes was dirty and seemed quite old. The bed linen was damp and had a large stain on it, probably from laundry detergent. Also, the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell.

  Very conveniently located between Santa Justa train station and the historic centre it is a very comfortable apartment totally refurbished with all you need for your stay in a building with a patio and azulejos.

  Such a clean modern apartment.We were only there for 1 night so a very short stay.Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very conveniently located near train station, with lovelly local bars on the corner, safe area.
