You know what struck me first about this place? Walking up to Calle Juan Rabadan, you’re literally stepping into the heart of old Seville – I mean, you can practically smell the history in these narrow cobblestone streets. The apartment sits right in the thick of things, but honestly, once you’re inside, it feels like your own little sanctuary above all the beautiful chaos below.

The space itself is surprisingly modern for being smack in the old town. Those balconies aren’t just for show either – I spent way too much time out there with my morning coffee, watching locals hurry to work while tourists wandered around with their maps upside down. The two bedrooms are actually generous (not those cramped European “bedrooms” that barely fit a suitcase), and having two full bathrooms is clutch when you’re traveling with friends or family. The kitchen’s well-equipped too, which matters because you’ll definitely want to grab fresh ingredients from the Mercado de la Encarnación – it’s just a quick walk through those winding streets that GPS always seems to get confused about.

Here’s the thing about staying in this part of Seville: you’re walking distance from basically everything that matters. The Cathedral’s towers peek over rooftops when you lean out just right from the balcony, and you can wander to the Alcázar without dealing with taxis or figuring out bus routes. But – and this is important – it gets lively at night. Not obnoxiously loud, but you’ll hear people chatting and laughing as they head between tapas bars. I actually loved it (felt very authentically Spanish), but if you’re someone who needs absolute silence to sleep, maybe pack some earplugs. The building itself is solid though, so it’s more ambient neighborhood sounds than anything jarring. Parking’s tricky in this area, as you’d expect in old town anywhere, but there are a couple of public lots within reasonable walking distance if you’re driving. Check-in was smooth – the owner clearly knows what they’re doing and gives you all the local intel you actually need, not just generic tourist stuff.

    In walking distance from the main tourist attractions: 25 minute walk to the Seville Cathedral or the Real Alcázar Palace. Well organized space in the apartment.

    What could be improved: Installing filters in the ventilation system would improve the air quality in the apartment.

    A nice, quiet location within a few blocks of restaurant areas and a ten minute walk to the main plazas and attractions. Very nice finishes and thank you for the laundry machine to keep my road trip fresh!

    What could be improved: Parking not to be found for miles without pretty high fees. Wifi signal did not reach bedrooms.

    The apartment is beautiful as in the pictures. It's comfortable, the 2 bathrooms are also great to have, especially that you can enter one from the "master" bedroom. Really comfy place to stay. It's in a really nice area, and the city center is in a walking distance even with a 14months old baby:) but there is a bus station very close, and you can get anywhere easily. One thing, you cannot close the little bedroom's door, because of one bed being at the door. But we really felt like home! Fully equipped, you can find everything you need, we could even wash our clothes. Definitely recommended! Thank you!

    What could be improved: We missed the microwave, I think it's a basic appliance in the kitchen, you cannot heat up everything on the stove. But anyway we managed without it. Also, upon arrival, we had to wait for the host on the street at 9pm with a 14months old baby..I think they should have been there earlier and not make us waiting.
