You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Calle Troya – it’s this quiet residential street in Triana that honestly looks pretty ordinary from the outside. But this Modern with swimming pool apartment completely caught me off guard in the best way possible. The moment you walk in, there’s this sleek, minimalist vibe that actually feels warm rather than sterile (which is rare, let me tell you). The two bedrooms are spacious enough that you’re not bumping into each other, and both bathrooms are properly modern – none of that cramped Euro-shower nonsense you sometimes get.
But here’s the thing that really sold me on this place: the pool area. I mean, having any kind of outdoor space in Triana is already a win, but they’ve created this little oasis that feels completely separate from the bustling neighborhood around you. You can hear the faint sounds of life from the nearby streets – kids playing, the occasional motorbike – but it’s not intrusive at all. Actually makes you feel more connected to the real Seville, you know? And speaking of location, you’re literally a five-minute walk to the Puente de Isabel II, which means you can stumble back from the Cathedral area without dealing with taxis or trying to figure out the bus system after a few too many glasses of manzanilla.
What I really appreciated (and this might sound weird) is how the place feels lived-in rather than like a sterile vacation rental. The kitchen has everything you actually need if you want to grab groceries from the Mercado de Triana – proper pans, decent knives, even a coffee maker that doesn’t require an engineering degree to operate. The WiFi is solid, which matters if you’re trying to research restaurants or, honestly, if you need to get any work done. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area – it’s mostly street parking and locals know all the good spots – but there’s usually something within a block or two if you’re patient. The 9.7 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s one of those places where all the little details just work. Check-in was smooth, the air conditioning actually cools the place down (crucial in Seville summers), and you’re close enough to everything that matters without being right in the tourist chaos of Santa Cruz. If you want to experience Triana like someone who actually lives here while still having a really comfortable base, this is your spot.

It was in a very quiet area, groceries near by and newly renovated. The host was very nice and accompanied. It was in walking distance to all the major sites.

The apartment was very clean and modern. The air conditioning and lovely pool kept us cool despite the very hot temperatures outside. The property was very well located, close to supermarkets, bars/restaurants and an easy walk to the main tourist attractions in Seville.

L'appartamento è fantastico! Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti ed è stato tutto perfetto. Appartamento pulitissimo arrredato in modo moderno e funzionale; dotato di ogni confort. Cucina super attrezzata. Molto comoda la presenza di 2 bagni. La posizione eccellente nel cuore del quartiere di Triana e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di siviglia. Consigliatissimo

Die Lage war perfekt, sehr ruhig in einem schönen Stadtteil. Supermarkt, Esslokale gleich um die Ecke und das Zentrum leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung super klimatisiert, die Pools am Dach extrem schön, alles an Ausstattung, was man benötigt, war ausreichend vorhanden.
