The name’s a bit quirky, sure, but the location is absolutely spot-on – you’re literally on Calle Betis, which honestly might be one of the best streets in all of Seville. I mean, you step outside and there’s the Guadalquivir River right there, with those iconic cathedral views across the water that everyone comes to Seville to see. But here’s the thing most tourists don’t realize: you’re staying in Triana, which feels like a completely different city from the main tourist zone.

The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious (Spanish apartments can be pretty cramped, let’s be honest), and they’ve done this whole chill-out vibe that actually works. The decor walks that fine line between modern and cozy without feeling like a sterile hotel chain – think exposed brick, decent lighting, and furniture you’d actually want to sit on. What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup because, well, eating out every meal in Seville will destroy your budget, and sometimes you just want to grab some jamón and cheese from the market and make yourself a proper sandwich. The AC works well too, which is crucial if you’re visiting between June and September when the city basically turns into an oven.

But honestly, the real magic happens when you walk out the door. You’re in the heart of Triana, where the flamenco bars aren’t tourist traps – they’re the real deal. Casa Anselma is practically around the corner (though good luck getting in on weekends), and the morning fish market on Calle Pureza is about a five-minute walk. The riverfront promenade is perfect for evening strolls, especially when the light hits the cathedral dome just right around sunset. I actually found myself spending way more time just wandering the neighborhood than I expected. The only minor downside? It can get pretty lively at night – you’re on a popular street with bars and restaurants, so if you’re a super light sleeper, pack some earpugs. But honestly, that energy is part of what makes staying here so much better than being tucked away in some quiet side street. You feel connected to the city’s rhythm, you know? Plus, getting to the main sights is easy – just walk across the Isabel II bridge and you’re in the thick of everything, but you get to come home to Triana’s more authentic, lived-in atmosphere. For the price point and that 8.4 rating, it makes total sense once you’re there.

  On the main street. Walkable to the main sites. Quiet area. Bars and restaurants available outside and within the area. Nearby convenient store.
  Clean and comfortable
  Spacious. Great for family or friends weekend. Has an outdoor bit.
  All facilities inc. Washing machine, dishwasher, plates and cutlery. Good fridge space.
  Loved the shower facilities. Warm water and cold water instantly to suit your preference.
  
  What could be improved: Air conditioning across the house through vents. Would benefit a AC unit in summer heat. Can set room temperature but not easy to adjust.

  Close to the centre. Great location. Clean and safe. Basic amenities all there.
  
  What could be improved: Two showers but water comes cold if both showers occupied at the same time.

  The property is amazing. Well located on a street full of bars and restaurants, 10min walk from Mercado de Triana and the old town (just crossing the bridge). Very pleasant during the day, inside the flat is cool in temperature (we didn’t need to turn on AC), even in the terrace.
  
  What could be improved: Not really an issue with the property, but if you are sleeping in the bedroom with window facing the street, then take earplugs. Because it is located on a street with many bars/restaurants, it is still noisy after 1am (extremely noisy) with loud music, people shouting, singing etc.

  Safe area, walking distance to all the main attractions/sights. Lovely outdoor area to sit out in. Has a washing machine and all the essentials. Two bedrooms so kids had their own space. Great space to relax
  
  What could be improved: The upstairs apartment were loud and you could hear every footstep. This is totally out of the property owners control but may be off-putting if you are a light sleeper. They were up very late.

  Prachtige ligging, rustig en toch zeer dichtbij het oude stadsdeel
  
  What could be improved: Persoonlijk vonden we het erg donker binnen, dat heeft ook wel te maken met het feit dat we begin februari gingen en elk sprankeltje licht en zon wilden meepikken na de koude en donkere maanden in België. In de zomer zal het appartement fantastisch koel zijn. Nu in februari was het wat killig.
